A friend talked to me the other day about how they were tempted to go play some slots after seeing a stream for the last couple of days.

I decided why not and told him to send me a link so we can watch together for a while. During the span of 20 minutes the streamer got at least 3 jackpots of over 100x.
We all know that when playing slots it's more likely than not that you end up burning your entire balance before you can win anything significant. Surely you could get a few wins here and there but not enough to remain in profit forever.

So this got me suspicious and I started digging. On online forums like this one many people have observed that streamers and those doing slot videos on YouTube have very unrealistic streaks.
Of course this raises suspicions but casinos keep doing these sponsored streams.

So I wonder what could possibly be going on here. Is it normal to see so may wins as the streamers get? And if you see this, doesn't it make you less likely to trust a casino hosting something seemingly so suspicious?

You mentioned that the casinos are sponsoring the streamers. That is enough to know that something may not be good about it. I do not believe in the streaming casino games. You will see the streamers having huge amount of money on their balance and also getting paid by the casino. But, actually, I do not know if the steamers and the casinos they are sponsoring are manipulating but I know they are not worth watching for me. Maybe a newbie can watch them.

The one that I have watched before was sponsored by Rollbit. We all know that it is a legit gambling site just like Stake.com. I can not use streamers to conclude that a gambling site is not reputable.

This streamers, I believe there is some kind of special code or setting that they get on their account to use in running that stream, which makes their plays that’s displayed on the stream to always be that of a total winning and you can’t see them losing any significant amount; it’s always about hitting the jackpot, and this makes me also wonder, like others, if this streaming is just for attracting gamblers to that particular casino or if it’s a demo account that this streamers make use of.

As someone who used to stream in a new casino. I can say that whenever I started a stream, the casino would give me a balance to play with but I never experienced any sort of boosted returns or extra help with jackpots. That’s just not how it worked in my case. It was all about showcasing the games, not rigging or manipulating their algorithm.
I have seen the same suspicions you are talking about before. Some streamers do seem to hit an unusual amount of big wins which looks so fake sometimes, and that can definitely raise suspicions. However, in my experience, those good hits aren’t that hard to reach if you play for long and spend a lot. The reality is, most players burn through their balance pretty quickly without seeing any returns. Streaming is a form of entertainment to advertise the casino but sometimes, it can give the wrong impression about how often big wins really happen.

It's important to remember that gambling should always be approached with realistic expectations and awareness.

You think so? I think its quite unprofessional for a casino site if they will do it at the expense of showing it off via livestream and also that streamer migth lose reputation if this is true. Yeah they are promoting but tampering softwares is clearly a dishonesty for a casino and will be subject for suspicious. If you were the watcher would you do use that knowing these details? Maybe not right.

So I wonder what could possibly be going on here. Is it normal to see so may wins as the streamers get?
Probably they got a lot of extra spin or like dozens of it in their account. If you have som many can literally win that.

This is how the business works on which we could really be able to assume about the probabilities on why they win up big.

1. Sponsored money - Doesnt care on how base bet they would be putting into. Make rolls like a mad man and win up something big
2. Possible rigged odd chance of winning
3. Accused Demo plays

You would really be seeing commonly these kind of streams on which it could really that make hook you up on playing slots on the moment that you've seen that they are winning up big time.
If you are a slot lover then most likely you would really be spiked up and feeling up that boost when you do see those wins and most likely you would be making deposits after seeing those streamers online.

This is why it would really be that important that you shouldnt really be getting hyped whenever you do see these videos. If you do find out yourself having those kind of tingling feeling then it would
be better or ideal that you should really be avoiding on dealing with it and would really be starting to distract yourself in something else. We do know that once urge would really be starting to kick in
then it would really be that so damn hard to stop.

Play for fun and dont try to mimic yourself into those streamers that you could see online. From the bankroll that they do have and the base bet that they do in every roll is already a huge gap
specially for us who do tend to play on base bet. lol

If I watch a gambling streamer then what I look for is that they are not marketing the site they are playing, but as if they are reviewing a site to test how fair the games are at a casino, because it is prone to deliberate manipulation of the game so that many winnings are unrealistic, if it is unrealistic for me it will eliminate my personal confidence in the winning scenario.
Many scammers pay Influencers with fake winnings, so be careful when watching and paying attention to how they play, because maybe we will realize that there is a possibility of engineered winnings.

With large sponsored budget people take more risks, as it's not their money, and obviously more often win large amounts, so it seems like they are winning more then you (which they technically are), but they are also losing more too. We are just wired to pay attention to the winnings.

Also when we see recorded streams, we most likely see the ones where they win more then lose, because those videos are shared and viewed more often. No one wants to see a streamer losing everything all the time. Even though i have seen that too. I was in a group of viewers who got paid for viewing live and commenting. Streamers also give codes for casinos / tips / rains for people commenting, so they seem to have a large audience. In reality they are mostly poor and paid bounty hunters.

So I wonder what could possibly be going on here. Is it normal to see so may wins as the streamers get? And if you see this, doesn't it make you less likely to trust a casino hosting something seemingly so suspicious?

I think it's no longer something strange, or I mean I personally have been suspicious of it for a long time, especially when I was still very active in gambling, as you said that it is very unrealistic when you see the many wins with significant amounts obtained by streamers and it really looks tempting, and actually the scenario of the show made by the streamers can lead a gambler to two things, namely between being tempted and involved in the promoted site to get the same results as those obtained by the streamers or between them being suspicious of the big wins produced by the streamers with little effort.

This is where your common sense and rational mindset are tested, simply put if you don't consider anything and only focus on the very tempting amount of winnings then it will be very easy for you to fall into it and get involved in it, but if you are able to use your common sense and rational mindset correctly then you will think that the show you see is unreasonable.

this doesn't just happen on streams they also do it in ads, I remember several months ago when gambling ads were so rampant on Facebook that it showed local vlog influencers easily winning sizable amounts of money(at least in our country) from the casino and the influencer would even say that "ut very easy to win on this casino". doing these kinds of deceiving ads is highly unprofessional and it should be called out.

It is unethical, but an effective form of advertising. Showing the actual gameplay and normal returns is good to teach someone how to navigate the website and will attract some, but it doesn't give the casino an edge over others and they cannot consistently just show that. This brings the temptation to manipulate the results gotten by the streamer to attract more users and encourage the existing players to keep playing. The streamer is meant to indicate if the gameplay is manually altered, but do not expect that from anyone and do your own research.

I am pretty sure everyone here in the gambling scene will tell you the same. It can be normal especially if you play super high volatility slots which means that you can win big, very big in a short amount of time but the wins will be rare compared to other less volatile slots. So it maybe that the streamer was in such a time frame where he hit those big wins in a short amount of time during that 20 minutes game play that he had. I can tell you one thing though, I don't trust many casinos that they change the RTP and if you see this maintenance thing where the minimum bet changes to 4x of what it used to be, then something must be definitely terribly wrong with that casino, I am not naming it here as everyone who see a 4x increase in their minimum bet in IDR currency will directly understand who they are. Getting back to the streaming, it may be very well realistic though.

Unrealistic winning streak from streamers? My friend of mine every week playing super ace he sometimes got winning streak so I don't think what you see from streamers are unrealistic or fake it wasn't always happen I watched a few streamers that got lossing streak than winning streak maybe the streamer that you watched got lucky since it's live streaming they can't able to fake the video.

They don't just afraid to gamble because they were given capital from the casino to promote it.

People are moved by successful story and what better inhumane strategy than to fake success to deceive others.
This isn't limited to casino
Is all round, that's why I don't make decisions based on videos or blogs I read about
Except I have conducted proper research.

If the wins are getting too perfect, then it starts becoming fake to me.
Though I'm not saying its not possible
Just the paranoia speaking.

It's a scam, plain and simple. Those streamers are getting paid to promote the casino, and they're being rigged to win. It's like those fake reviews you see online. The whole thing is a setup to lure people in and get them to deposit money.

Don't fall for it. If you want to gamble, do it responsibly. But know they ain't running charities.  The games are stacked against you no matter what those streamers make you think.

Slot, can be verified for the result with third parties

It's the result are using the same RTP with other customers? the only thing is just (trust me bro). Could be true, could be no (you just can speculation) the only valid reason is they got more capital comparing to us from casino (cause is getting money from casino) can't be withdraw.

Even the streamer can withdraw the balance, I still have some speculation the account only can withdraw to specific address (an address belong to casino). Big advice for everyone, rather than seeing streamer who betting thousand dollar for spin (just seeing someone who are betting a few cent or dollars) like we did

Cause even the balance are from casino, the balance they're using is same like we are using.

I remember skel-- metawin.com's founder-- shared to us in chat that some providers do have a streamer mode of 100%+ RTP. Lol.

So rigging can happen as that's coming from someone who operates a casino. I wonder if other stuff can be rigged as well, though that wouldn't be odd at this point. I guess you have to trust casinos you play with and game providers they aren't doing streamer mode lol or better yet, just take streams with a grain of salt always.

The incentive for a casino to rig a game when they have a huge streamer advertising for them is massive. I have noticed that too and what strikes me as odd is how these things work out so well when they are live. Technically, I think it would be no big deal for a casino to manipulate a game and have those who are streaming have a higher win rate. I doubt that they would have any of the streamers actually know about it as that would a huge risk. If for some reason a streamer would ever make that public, the casino would be in big trouble. But manipulating an account without the streamer knowing is probably possible. In 20 minutes having 3 jackpots of over 100x is quite suspicious. Sure, could be a lucky day, but I believe it happens too often at times.

The way I see it, those streamers (specially when they are under the payroll of some casino) are supposed to be seen in any other way than entertainment and as a "demo" of the slots they have playing. There is always the chance they are being favored by the casino to make people believe earning money from gambling is that easy, when in reality, it is not like that.
Even if the streamer does not have any sponsorship from a casino one still needs to approach them as entertainment, in the same way people watch streamers to play videogames (instead of viewers paying for the game and playing it by their own).

It does not erode much the trust I could have on a casino in particular, because I understand it is all about advertisement and I am sure there is some small letters within the description of the stream or the streamer profile in which his gambling sessions should not be taken serious and only are for the sake amusement. They are pretty much legally covered to avoid being sued.

If it is a casino that I am gambling on, being involved with suspicious streaming activities can affect the trust I have in them. Casinos that care about their reputation would distance themselves from fake streamers while trying to build a reputation because many of us now have an eye to easily spot this deceit.

If they want to be involved with streamers, there is a need to do it the proper way, not trying to deceive gamblers.

The purpose for streamers is for promotion. There are other ways to promote a casino.
