Razed.com scammed me by cancelling winning bets

So long story, this happened few weeks ago. I placed Table tennis bets on Razed and the bets won but once I went to check my winnings I saw that my $ were restored and bets cancelled.
I asked support why this happened and they said "there has been error in the odds"

All of these bets were with odds from 1.9-2.4
What pisses me is that they cancel your bets when you are winning but never when you are loosing.
And also this BS with the wrong odds is pure scam because I had bets on the same event on legit website (shuffle.com) and I was paid winner without 0 issues. If they are not willing to resolve this issue or compensate me for scamming me, I would suggest anyone to stay away from their site and focus on more legit and established crypto betting sites.

I did not take any advantage of the odds. The odds were same as in any other website, I had balance on Razed so I placed my bets there. That's why I'm salty, because if I knew they would cancel it, I was just gonna withdraw it and bet elsewhere. I wonder if the bet was a loss- would there be a "mistake with the odds"?

Does Razed have a feature for a betslip that can be verified publicly? If they do, then it’d be best for OP to post the betslip link so we can make sure the bets were legitimate before diving into this discussion. If not, we should probably wait for a Razed representative to comment on it.

Also, I noticed the bet was placed on September 25, 2024. Why are you only posting about it now when almost a month has already passed?

I was wondering the same but there might be an explanation to that. See those game, cause they are in a tiny unsanctioned league, often have very small limits actually, I have witnessed that myself. So if one would be sure about the outcome it's onvious to try several books to place this bet when the limits are low.
What I wonder is, was this a live bet? Cause in table tennis it's so hard to place several live bets since the odds change so often and fast. Placing a lot of bets, and then even on 2 site, seems like very tough to be honest.
According to the time stamps on razed at least I think it was live since the time of placing the bets is always different. Anyway, let's see what explanation the razed support has in this matter.

If it's all within the rules, you cannot blame them. If you have placed the bet during the live match, then I don't know what to say. The odds change too fast during the live match. It is possible to have some glitches during the live match. But if you placed the bet before the match started, then try to find someone who also placed the bet on Razed in the same match and see if their bet was canceled.

In this way, you don't have to rely on what Razed says. But I am not against the casino. If the sportsbook asks them to cancel the bets due to wrong odds displayed, then Razed has nothing to do but cancel the bets. If it's all within their rules, you cannot call it a scam.

First 2 bets were pre game at 1.91 odds, and other 2 were live at 2.2-2.4 odds when I saw an opportunity. The fact that people ask why I'm betting in 2 different websites and why my stake on Razed was higher it was cuz I had more balance on Razed?
Besides sports I'm active casino player in these sites.

Anyway what I'm frustrated about is that this happens in a new site and not in some major trusted site, also they offered me nothing to compensate me. I didn't do anythign wrong, I placed my bets and I was not paid out my winnings. We all know damn well that if these were loosing bets, they wouldn't give me a dime back.

They already explained that the reason for cancellation of bets is due to wrong placement of odds. Casino ToS usually specify a scenario like this that makes bet cancelled.

I think the support is just looking on the specific match on why their system canceled your bet. Simply to look whether there’s really an error or none on their side. Be patient, At least you have assurance here that a representative is looking closely to your case.

If they don't pay me the winnings I will advertise anyone to stay away from this site and thats it.

Even a simple compensation would be accepted but they will proceed to not want to resolve this properly.

My guess is this guy has been here before but collected red tags or whatever. He registered today and already made quite a solid amount of garbage posts, just like the one above. Must be a reason to spam that hard, maybe to collect activity, who knows.
Everybody basically advising others to play at a scam site should be banned immediately. It's good that most people know about these sites these days and few make the mistake to actually deposit there.

Razed is fairly new and I doubt they want to tarnish their reputation that quick for no reason and such small amounts. In my opinion, casinos should honor every bet actually even IF there was an error. In the past I accidentally also made error bets, betting 0.01btc instead of 0.001 for example. Immediately told support and even though the game was scheduled to start in 5 hours I wasn't allowed to cancel it. You make and error, your fault, they make an error, your fault. That's how they argue sometimes basically.

OP, kindly understand that as the situation occured few weeks ago, Razed team will most likely need to take a slightly longer time to get to the bottom of the case compared to a more recent situation. They might need to reach their provider to see whether the cancelation was instructed by them or is there some error from their internal team.

Kindly give a couple more days, and if we're yet to hear from them, I'll poke their rep to bring it back to their attention.

OP, kindly understand that as the situation occured few weeks ago, Razed team will most likely need to take a slightly longer time to get to the bottom of the case compared to a more recent situation. They might need to reach their provider to see whether the cancelation was instructed by them or is there some error from their internal team.

Kindly give a couple more days, and if we're yet to hear from them, I'll poke their rep to bring it back to their attention.
