My profile is fully kyc verified and they are taking too too long for a withdrawl, i even offered them cancel withdrawl as i wanted to bet more with same amount that i requested for withdrawl, they wouldn't cancel the withdrawl for me.
They said they want to review etc, i'm fully compliant and fully kyc verified , don't you think this is very weird?
If anyone from rollbit wants to help me out asap rather than me missing out on a bet that i want to place right away, that would be great.
Thats my motivation for this post, thank you.

Btw a little patience goes a long way as I see you say support informed you of the review going on, just hang in there buddy , a few hours won't hurt  and fyi KYC doesn't make you immune to not having bets reviewed.

Sounds like it’s more about a system trigger causing the delay rather than your KYC specifically. It could just be a minor investigation, so if you’re in the clear and haven’t broken any terms, you’re best off just waiting it out. Usually, these things get sorted within 24 hours, and while it might be a bit unnerving if it’s your first time experiencing it, patience is key - like the post above suggested.

I'm 100% in clean but theres the opportunity cost of a bet for the funds until they withdraw/or cancel withdrawl and let me bet in the meanwhile until the resolve it. As for the chat stuff/proofs I feel like from posts i will wait a while rather than defaming some team member who was chatting with me, hopefully before i need to post everything the withdrawl gets done.

Help me understand the situation here. You're a KYC verified player, trying to withdraw some fund and it took long to be processed, you wanted to cancel as you want to bet the same amount again, but they didn't grant this wish, as it is under review?
About stuff and proof, well, they're actually the standard protocol here. You're not defaming them by posting it here, you're simply substantiate your narrative and help us understand better.

Hey, Some withdrawals may simply require additional time in order to review them. The support agent would have explained this to you in your ticket at the time. I may be mistaken however I believe there may be an update in your ticket now if you wish to confirm here!🫡 When creating a 'scam accusation' like this you should try to provide more proof/information and images showing your support ticket.

you probably just need to wait it out, there are instances where withdrawals are delayed, it's possible they are investigating something and that's why your withdrawal is delayed, it is also not the first time that this has happened, you'll probably get a response from them soon.

Maybe it's just a routine check or something with your account or betting activity set off their alarms. Let them finish their investigation. If anyone from rollbit wants to help me out asap rather than me missing out on a bet that i want to place right away, that would be great. If you wanted to bet, why request a withdrawal in the first place? If the withdrawal would have been granted without an investigation, you wouldn't have any money to bet. You would then have to deposit again. Or are you perhaps not withdrawing your full balance and Rollbit has disabled you from betting anything until the investigation is finished?

Let us think that you are clean and you are all right but why are you not posting details of the scam accusation as in scam accusation format which has already appeared on the thread? Also, when I see a newbie whose first post is on a reputed gambling site I become surprised and ask myself where you were before the scam.

I didn't get your point BTW, it would make more sense if you had said why they did not check if the casino is reputed or not. If it was 1xbit, I would blame OP because he chose a proven scam casino. But I won't blame OP because Rollbit is a reputed casino. About this particular case, OP created this thread on 25th October and wrote another reply here. Since then, they did not come back to the forum and did not post anything. It was too early to create a scam accusation. It is normal for casinos to process withdrawals in several hours. I guess OP created the thread too early but later got paid. Otherwise, he would come back and write about his accusation.

I think so. I guess the OP concluded too early. Sometimes, casinos take several hours to verify a withdrawal before they release it. Probably, the OP was one of them who waited a couple of hours and then went ahead to create this thread. Since the OP has not come back since then, I also want to believe his situation improved and that he probably got his funds, which is why he did not come back again. I don't actively check your thread, but it is okay to be late. You are not getting paid for that. All we can do is appreciate your work and effort in helping businesses and players. You can update it whenever you have free time.

Rollbit is a proven gambling site so I think the accusation has been created too fast as well as the problem has been solved as well which you wanted to say. But there is no reply/response (confirmation) whether that is from the gambling site or from the scam accusation creator. This is not a good way and as a reputed gambling site their representative should provide information about the solution so that others can come to know that they have solved the case and they are not a scammer.

As I said above, in my personal opinion, it's quite redundant to ask him to clarify this, given all sign point to it being self-resolved. I found that I haven't put this one on my list [and it haven't been updated for a while, as my weekends, the days where I do my sweep and update, for these couple of weeks is relatively busy] but I planned to mark it as resolved when I have time to edit them. Nonetheless, since I am about to reach Razer for other matter anyway, let me inquire this one as well, to cross the T's.
