How in demand are specialists in Stratum v2 (SRI on Rust)?

Hi! I'm currently participating in a project developing a mining pool based on Stratum v2 in Rust. In 3-4 months we'll complete the project, and I'll likely be looking for a similar one. Could you tell me how much demand there is for this in the current English-speaking job market? How many available specialists are there in this field?
