So the landlords want to participate because If they do they get extra coins or we could set up system for them when they get % of each transactions or some staking so they earn of it or let's make our own coin token and airdrops to landlords huge amount so they will be motivated.
This idea will work in countries with a high rate of crypto adoption. In such a place, the house owners would have to have crypto knowledge to enable them to understand how the system will work. I have never seen or heard of any landlord who accepts crypto payments in my neighbourhood. So, such an idea will not work.
We also need to consider government policies on cryptocurrencies. In some countries, cryptos are not seen as a legal means of payment. This means parties involved cannot take matters to court if there are disagreements.
If I were a landlord, I would prefer accepting Bitcoin for such an arrangement than altcoins. Bitcoin is less volatile and widely accepted.
