it's no secret that elon supports doge, a few years ago elon was very vocal in supporting dogecoin but because there was a ban on him always discussing doge on social media and was threatened with sanctions, therefore he no longer mentioned it directly, especially on his social media.

However, it seems like it will be an interesting thing again in the future after trump wins and the possibility of regulations changing back in the future to better support freedom and openness to the bitcoin or cryptocurrency industry.

why are you happy with a super rich person playing with shitcoin? dogecoin basically has no basis whatsoever to be a coin like bitcoin, ethereum, or any other coin. it is based on speculation and pumping, and no matter how someone polishes it, it is basically a shitcoin, period. anyone who invests in it should prepare themselves for deep losses considering that the doge market can change at any time and it does not have good economics like most popular altcoins.

and again, musk seems to be not so interested in doge anymore. i think he is getting tired of playing games like that. and that means you know what the future holds for doge.

I'd prefer investing in dogecoin any day than investing in coin funded by big investors, because I know the big investors don't own the big chunk of it and so far doge coin among the one coin that's so decentralized in term of holder.

I agree with you that investing in dogecoin is even safer and better than many altcoins that are being funded by VCs. But I disagree that Doge is not held by big investors, I believe there are many big investors holding it and Musk can be considered one of the biggest investors in Doge.

Also, don't pay too much attention to what others say because in investing, profit is the proof, the best answer. Many people say that you should not invest in memes but only invest in top altcoins but look at the results they achieved, did they really get better returns than those who invested in memes?

Are we looking at the same coin? Biggest wallet owns 20% of the supply. It has always had portitionally insanely large top few holders compared to other altcoins.



Even Elon himself was worried about that years ago and called top holders to sell their coins. It's not gotten any better, wallets have just changed, which make some people believe that Elon hodls top wallets. And even though some might think it's a good thing, i would say it's a time-bomb if people start trusting the value keeping up.

Because while he might have immunity against some legal troubles few years, that protection will eventually end and he might need to liquidate it just to cover legal fees. Because it's not like he rather sells something else for it.

Also doge doesn't have any other function that other coins wouldn't have by default.

Yes. It is weird. I assume a whole new government agency will be created under that same name? I wonder if Elon will come up with the idea of paying federal employees in Dogecoin? If approved, it would boost DOGE's market prices all the way to Mars. A valuation of $1 won't be enough for the "meme" coin. The excitement won't last for long, though. Especially if Republicans lose the 2028 election (I hope not).

Without Elon on-board, Dogecoin's market prices will go back to the way they were. For those who held DOGE before the "pump", I'd like to say congratulations. Doge has been the number meme coin in the market and currently the market value keeps increasing everyday. I hope to make a fortune from my holding even though some analysts keep going for alternative coin because they believe the market is high and might not move well compared to the meme coins in the market that has low market cap. This is going to be huge and I hope to see better price movements by the time the price of Bitcoin hit 100k and exceed it.
