People who are focused on Money are always thinking of ways to make money constantly,  this is the kind of mindset everyone should have, as long as you are not planning to do something dubious to make money.. Money makes the world go round and you need it for your survival.. people who are constantly chasing money always think of something they can offer to make money, there are lots of business ideas out there that a lot of people haven't really taken advantage of, all you have to do is simply think out of the box.

Without money, life can be frustrating because you cannot provide what you need to survive. This is why we should focus on means to make money so that we will not be a burden to relatives, the government, and society. We have to figure out how to make money and be ready to put in all the necessary resources to make our lives financially stable.

But I have problems with the mindset of most people. They assume that they need lots of money to live the celebrity lifestyle they see on social media and movies to be happy. We are experiencing a high rate of crime because people are not contended with earning to meet their basic needs. I usually tell people that if they have enough to take care of basic needs, then they are rich. We shouldn't see money as the only source of happiness. There are other things that money can't buy which make life meaningful.

Do you imply that they wouldn't vary as a people? People who focus on making money can have several reasons to do so, they might have different goals that they are trying to achieve. And it's not like a rule that everyone of them would value only money, even though their focus would be on that. People are more complex than that. Money is often means to an end, not the goal itself.

There was a time when i would say i was focused on that, but that only meant that i wasn't spending it as much to luxury. I was tightening my belt and i didn't gamble or drink for example at all. I had some expensive vices, but i managed to cut almost all of them. I also spend vast majority of my free time on studying the markets and desperately trying to learn technical analysis (techniques of which i now have ambivalent feelings about). I spend years trying to be good at trading. But maybe best things i got out from that was that i learned to make efficient budget, and finding out what's essential for my living, and what expenses i can cut off.

And during this time, when i was focused on making money, i never lost my other values, needs and passions. I focused on my health, family and my friends as well, and finding the balance in that.

Marketing, that's basically it. If you do wonderful marketing, efficient and optimized, then your business will probably succeed. Obviously quality of your product/service matters too, and human relations matters too, but that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with a better result with time.

I believe the best thing to do in this case would be just focusing on what to do for the marketing, if you do marketing very well, then in any business you can do better. Well not wanting money and not chasing it are different things. Of course everyone "wants" money, but not everyone "chases" it. Some guy who just wants to paint is my greatest example that I give. Surely he wants money in the sense that if he becomes a very famous painter then his paintings will be sold for a lot of money, and he will get money.

But the reality is that, he could have learned to code, and would make more money from the start and he will be richer, but as a painter, he will either get famous to make money or he will not be at all and he will die poor. That is a person who "wants" to make money, but he picked a profession where he doesn't chase money at all, he just does what he wants to do.

You could always be like that, and make a decision on your life based on what you want to achieve and what you want to do in your life and see what would make you happier.
