The game ended in a draw. I guess Everton did a very got job not to concede more goals, they didn't have the possession , only 35% and still they were able to draw this match. Everton had more fouls, four yellow cards and still i believe they would be happy with the results.

Besides the penalty which was missed Man. City did not look to be winning this. They made it so easy for Everton to contain then and everything was happening in front of their defence. If anything, Everton were unlucky not to take some of the chances they had on the break.

You can say that but, if you look at it;
Newcastle United have been at their best recently, beating just any team that comes there way and the goals haven’t been lacking. There last game was a 4 goals victory against Ipswich, before that they did beat Leicester city with yet another 4 goals and didn’t conceive any.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa lost to Nottingham Forest and only narrowly beat Manchester City, well , they were 2 goals ahead before Manchester City got 1 back. Newcastle seemed better placed.
Southampton on the other hand, what would you expect from a team at the very bottom, a team that is waiting to be relegated maybe. West Ham United was bound to win at some point.
Where the trick lies was, not having to go for the win market with Chelsea, I mean, it would have been a good choice that could have lost the bet. Chelsea have been great but lately, declined in their play. Could have still trust them with a win but would have been a bad decision.

This is why it sticks out to me that they're the only team Man. City have been able to beat during this slump period, and they beat them convincingly too. Nottingham Forest have been very good away from home, the best this season so they must rue not taking their chance to leave the Etihad with at least a point.

True and true. Higher odds ensures fewer combinations and pays good when it’s one. Hard won I must say and it’s more prideful.
Fulham beating Chelsea at the Stanford bridge, that would have been a huge stake, considering the form of Chelsea but yeah, no one would be going for that at this time.

I didn't take the safer approach, which was for Everton to either win or draw, i actually went for an Everton outright victory, but the match ended in a draw, too bad. I also think the bookies will soon start taking note of that, City can lose or draw to anyone right now and if you give their opponents a good odd, bold gamblers will take it, the next game for Pep and his boys is against Leicester, and right now i am sure we all know that City might not win.

But Leicester has been too bad of a team recently for me to back them. I expected Can Nistelrooy to have amuch better impact than he's having now at the club and I really think this is a team Man. City should be able to beat and use as a building block for their confidence. De Bruyne is starting for the first time in a while, maybe him and Haaland can rekindle their lethal combination once again.

Newcastle were almost excellent against Man. Utd. They could easily have gone 3 goals up within the first 30 minutes, forcing Amorim to make a first half substitution.

Jay, that’ll be another risky bet to look into you know, Ipswich playing from a home side against whom ever. They seem to be having it this time, gave Arsenal some tough time and here they are, beating Chelsea by 2 goals to nothing. It would have been a daring bet that paid off.

Newcastle was sure going to beat Manchester United. They are the inform team now in the EPL, along with Liverpool who are in their very best. They are just unstoppable and it doesn’t look like they’ve got any challengers for the EPL trophy no more.
