I just came across something funny lol Apparently, some projects have special communities that only their token holders can access and they even give rewards or merch to those people in the communities. Makes me wonder how you even qualify to be a holder, how much of the token do you even need to be in this special community lol

Wasn't a part of them / these communities, however, I wouldn't say you would need much.
The question is what the project is, its use-cases, and its credibility.
Everything else would be a bonus to it.

If there's such, you might only see it either in their telegram or discord group. I know that some projects are very funny and it's quite possible that they can create a different telegram or discord group and decide to say it's a group for holders or investors alone. If you want to learn how to qualify as a holder, you can ask them the amount you must hold.

You already have this forum where you can ask and get legitimate answers, I don't know why you still need another community towards this since I think this platform is enough for you to learn a lot of things about altcoins.

Also it will be to risky if you search a random group since you provably might stumble a scam group that can cause you to lose your money.

So to get away with those things better focus here, for sure you gonna love this place in the long run especially that almost everything you need is already here.

I know that every token project has its own community, this is nothing new because it's one of the fundamentals that strengthen fellow token holders in a project. But about the community that creates something like a loyalty program, I just found out about it, I 've never encountered something like this.

Obviously, when they have a project, they will put it in the coffee app. As telegram twitter will definitely tell in famous like him. But we want necessities from him for which he takes money. i also think that we will benefit from it because we have to pay for something by thinking.If they need it and want to pay for it, go to the really big holders. Because he will show them the right way. It will take a lot of effort to get them because they will give you the job of holder.  Which is a very responsible job in which one has to work very thoughtfully.

It's possible if they bought a hefty amount of their token. It's also possible that the developers themselves will contact them to be part of a whale group so that they can give them gifts and benefits for trusting their project. Well, that's if it's a legitimate project that would stay long-term in the crypto industry.
I don't think that happens with Bitcoin though. There's no developer that owns the technology so it's only possible that whales have their own group so that they can share their movements, if one sells or buys more they can expect a fluctuation to happen next.
But for those tokens with owners, developers, and management, they might do what you learned to make them stick around.

I'm not aware of this token holders community. So what they they actually do there if I may ask?
How does the developers of such token tend to achieve a massive scalability of the token of being to biased? Even here in bitcointalk forum, not every members are bitcoin or crypto holders but yet we're one community here in the forum.
This alone is a speculative techniques which definitely even anti cryptos could have rethink to venture into the crypto markets.

You are really a newbie to this; every token and project that relates to cryptocurrency has their own community, like a chat group, and they prefer Telegram and Discord, and this is where they interact with their community. You did not mention the name of the token or project, but yes, you have to abide by their rules and requirements before you can receive their token. This has been industry practice to strengthen their community.

If you're an investor you will be invited to the token group you've invested so you will access and update on the development of their token.

I’ve never encountered anything like what you’re talking about, how is it possible for a person to be a holder of the project's tokens in order to join their communities and check project updates? This is undoubtedly a way for them to increase the value of the tokens they’ve developed.

It’s actually quite ridiculous that they force people to invest in their tokens and hold them to join; these may indeed be scam projects. People who have not done the research and verified the credibility and legitimacy of these projects should not be pressured to hold their tokens and should not be swayed by the profits or the merchants that they promised to distribute,, as there are no projects that do this unless they are projects that want to drain the money of their communities and deceive them with these promises that have no guarantees or proof of theiir validity.

Do you remember the craziness hype of NFTs last bull run? Bored Ape Yacht Club has it. They've got their own communities and whoever holds it is eligible for their special events and other giveaway and stuff. So, there are projects that are good in handling their communities and this is only one of those communities and projects that have taken care of their people. There are still a lot of them and I think that it's going to be community-driven projects that shall be the next where the allocation and benefits are going to be rewarding for those supporters that they have. And it could vary from how early and late their holders are.

So far I never personally see such thing with token holders, if any it should be called insider group, moreover this kind of notion of having insider group tailored for big token holders just gonna give bad reputation.

if it's NFT though, different matters, NFT creator creates community for the NFT holder to add more value to the NFT, so it's to be expected and all of the NFT holders granted privilege to access the community.

Yeah, almost every token/project has its own community. The minimum requirement for joining project communities like BGB is relatively fair, just 100 BGB.

The idea of project communities is ideal, ideas and insights are shared leading to more growth for all holders.

But if the group can only be accessed by approved people, then you need to pay attention to what is actually planned and why it cannot be accessed publicly.

Because I used to also find a community like this and I suddenly entered a secret group, but what happened in the end was just a bunch of scammers trying to extort my money but I decided to go out and block such a community.

It is better to choose a coin or token that is truly trusted and that can be accessed in general, so that there is no suspicion whatsoever.
Projects with a solid public community are a good choice, rather than you just joining an obscure community.

As he said, they are giving away stuffs there, or it was like a tool that is being used for communication, including if when will the rewards be sent. Like what other users here have said, our forum Bitcointalk is already called as a community even for a non-crypto hodler but the ones we are talking about earlier are more of exclusive. Bitcointalk is not a technique and also, I think there are no techniques needed when speculating because I think it is only the same as predicting.

I don't really get this but if only about scalability, it was also the dev is the one that who knows it. If they are passionate and knowledgeable, they can surely solve the scalability issue in crypto.

The developers created it that way to avoid spam and to make sure that only holders will enjoy whatever perks they want to offer to their investors. One of the headaches of admins is the too much spam from users who just joined to scam and spam their other members, and the admin of the project wants to avoid this, They employed parameters and requirements but still a lot of scammers and spammers get in.
