He lose on his games and when the other person was celebrating it stirs up his anger that led to his killing, this is why I don't watch match in public and keep making noise for my winning or loss because most people aren't happy because you win, and also some people are not happy because they lose. The best is when watching match outside your home it is always advisable to remain neutral to avoid attacks from the opposite winning or losing team.

This is very wrong. Football is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable event. Win / lose, one has to be a good sportsman and accept defeat on a losing day. It's not as if Arsenal would win the Champions league or PL title that Sunday. Imo, the arsenal fan in question should be arrested and tried because if he can do it once, he's likely to do it again under similar circumstances. I came across this news yesterday at first I thought it was a joke because I’m still surprised, it has never gotten to this extend like they should investigate more if there’s another issue within the circle. Why will anyone act in such manner relating to football that has nothing to do with personal issue, funny enough fans only make trolls, argue for someone who don’t even know if they ever exist but that’s also a fun fact about football lovers. But my question is that what rewards do they get for being a fan or supporters after sustaining all form of injuries from their opposition clubs. Sadly, to many people (who could also be mentally unstable themselves) football is not only about a sport or a passion they watch for the sake of entertainment and having fun (and perhaps betting in matches), they view football as their life, as if there was the only reason for them to go on and see their favorite club to celebrate victories. In short, victories of the club are their victories as well and losses of the club are their losses.
The difference comes when fans are actually people in the background of the match, while players are being paid millions of dollars and given all kinds of luxuries for their talent.
Those fanatics who can become killers at any time are not there for the sport, they need their club to validate them as people, which is a very toxic and self-destructive way to live, obviously.

Why run if the action taken to kill your fellow being was right? Killing someone is not something to run away from forever without the police arresting the killer to face his crime as due.

This sad event should have been avoided if both football fans respected themselves and had a peaceful football match watched without cajoling one another to test each other temperament as football fans when their team is losing.

However, being a die-hard fan should have some limits. Be mindful of the words dished out to other beings because not everyone is as friendly as you are. There are people who very little thing pisses them off, and they react negatively immediately. Those kinds of people should be avoided by all means.

This is really absurd and heartbreaking, killing another person because of the outcome of a game is really the height of all stupidity and foolishness, once have I seen a similar experience in 2006 when Chelsea played against one other club I can no longer remember , it was the premiere league finals that day, and the viewing center at the market place where I lived back then was filled to the brim with people hanging around.

Long story short, Chelsea won the title, and there noise everywhere, alot of people were arguing about a lot of things that happened in the match, and at a point, fight broke out, like play, it became very serious where some people had to run away to save themselves.
At the end, two lifes were lost in the process of the fight, while everyone else ran away.

People should really be mindful of what they do become of sports games and club fanship.

Yea, I am very much aware that things can get to that extent because of how I see common arguments leading to fight in some viewing centers. Some football fan who really love their club can take things very personal with another person that doesn't support their team. When I was growing up, I almost pick a fight with one of my class mate because he was mocking my club for their failure in their previous. This is a very bad situation, how would normal people kill their fellow humans just because of a match that ended 2:2, this is too bad and very extreme, though I do go to viewing centers but not all viewing centers because some places are very much organized, you dare not misbehave unless you want their bouncers to show you the way out, it's really very disheartening to hear this kind of story, staying indoors to watch football on my TV doesn't really give me the vibe and excitement I need, I don't understand how some people see this football of a thing, personally I see it as fun not any kind of something that will trigger me to aggressively attack anyone that doesn't agree to my personal opinion, football fans must not share the same sentiment that's why it's even fun in the first place, sometimes form argument you will get to know some football history from people, I feel very bad for such incident, this is more reason why fans should not be taking things so peronal about their favourite club, though argument is normal but understanding differs.
