Unfortunately, I can't enter the Hero/Legendary signature, the account page tells me it would be more than 4000 characters ... Notepad++ also tells me that the signature has more than 4000 characters.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Yes the characters of the signature is more than the signature space of 4000 characters.  So it is to reduce the characters of the signature.

You can keep the previous signature for now because there will be readjustment again tomorrow for the new signature. So if you have invalid code from the new signature code then you can update it to the old one now.
Only for the Hero/Leg.
Update the old one now. You will be informed when the new code is adjusted.
