. First accept my apology that whatever I say, nothing can justify this mistake. All these were my responsibility after all. So there are no excuse.
What happened was that, my VA somehow thought the maximum posts to pay is 20 but actually it was 25. I too missed that when I was reviewing the entered data on the spreadsheet. So all together it became an unexpected error which I am ashamed with. As you can see, after noticing the error, I had adjusted the missing posts and paid the missing rewards already. Again I accept my apology. You guys are awesome anyway.
