So that they can store it for later use or they can use it. If they later use the keys, you can easily compromise the coins sent to the addresses. I guess you are just here to troll or something because you know how this can be an obvious scam attempt and what can later lead to scam.

Don't chase them because are cheap. Atleast your funds safety should be more prioritize.
If I may ask, are you a vendor or distributor of one of those hardware wallets producers? Just thinking if you're trying to run a wholesale marketing to retailers. We really get to act sensitive with our funds.

At first thought, maybe OP is looking for those people that might want to get those forked coins from those wallets but I was wrong. I've seen something like this but I am still in the air not knowing what they're up to with it. If it's the literal thing of selling it and waiting for someone to reuse them for deposits, that person must be a newbie. And here's the catch, to resell? . . . .
