It helps people to reduce the stress. I have been doing this for the last 1 month lol.

Been on OP's situation and have done sharing my story, but I do it to friends I trusted. You should have a support system like friends or a place to go to relieve your depression and anxiety; this is GxSTxV of doing that, and I'm sure it helps. I don't think I can do what OP did; I prefer to open up to my small circle of trusted friends.

Here, a person needs to be saved before he loses everything he has. I think a temporary ban for a year will save him. I think he will have time to rest and regain his strength in a year.

It's not entirely useless to talk to addicted individuals if not there won't be recovering addicts and then the efforts of these agencies that are responsible for restoring normalcy to these ones would be wasted.

I mean when I was young I was always scared of my dad, there were many things I have not done because I was scared if he knew it then I will be in big trouble. Do you have such person in family? Do they know how to read and write English to communicate internationally? Share me in details (You can private message me).
4. Do you have a girlfriend/boyfriend and do you love truly love them?

Log out of the Forum and shut your PC down. Go outside (leaving your phone behind). Look across the street for a few minutes. Walk to the end of the street and back. When you return to your starting point, turn around and take a good, long, hard look down the street. Is there anything you noticed today that you haven't noticed before?

Turn around and walk the opposite way to the end of the street. Now look back towards your starting point. How many mental photographs have you just taken? (Five?) Recall those images in your mind.

Now go for a random walk in your neighbourhood taking streets you wouldn't ordinarily go along) stopping at the same number of places as your mental photographs in you home street. (Do you have a dozen mental photographs?)
