Bitcoin Betting  is the successor of Fairlay.com. It is a fully decentralized Bitcoin Betting Exchange and Prediction Market. This means that funds are held in Smart Contracts, there are no central servers and no KYC or collection of any personal data.

I also see three negative feedbacks on your profile, which suggest you are a scammer and highly risky to deal with. Why will forum members trust you and use your service seeing the feedback on your profile? If the cases were solved, why don't you send private messages to the members who left negative feedback on your profile? I did not go through the entire discussion thread, and it is hard to understand the whole situation just from a single post. It would be best to talk to the people who left you the negative feedback and come clean. Otherwise, no one is going to believe any service that you will promote.

Successor to Fairlay? Heck yeah! Count me in. I already have had an account in Fairlay for quite a while and used it without any major issues so far. The high BTC withdrawal amount sucked though along with the annoying UI. Liquidities were also on the lower side on many markets.

Hope these issues are fixed in the new site. Are the odds pinnacle odds? Also, I hope there isn't a big difference between the back and lay odds.

I think you really need to work on getting that negative trust removed since you mentioned that the issue has already been resolved.

Platforms like that...no KYC and decentralized betting exchange are great, but if you’ve got a bad reputation on the forum, it might be tough to attract gamblers to play. Reputation is everything in the gambling business, and even though people might know about these kinds of platforms, they’ll still be hesitant if they see any negative feedback. So, better clear that up to build trust with potential users.

@rodskee’s point about the red tags is understandable, as trust is a major factor in decentralized platforms, especially in this community. It's great to hear all cases have been resolved, but maybe highlighting those resolutions or even sharing some feedback from users who've been satisfied with the platform after those issues could really help. Transparency goes a long way in building trust, especially when privacy is such a core part of your value proposition.

If the cases against you have been resolved, you might wanna contact the users who have you tagged still and see what you need to do for them to remove the tags. From our end we see 3 tags and nothing resolved.

Now you have an issues with the mentioned of the huge withdrawal fees, who want to play on a casino that have high fees, as a matter of fact, what I consider most times is that, any site that have high fees is an indirect robbery of the players and we should pay close attention to such a site and not to give all our trust to them, so long as their milking users with fixed high withdrawal, whereas we have other online cryptocurrencies casinos that have low withdrawal fees, and even faster payment time.

Asides from the splitting clear tags on the ops account, I suggest that anyone registering on this site should be very careful and so a second investigation before making any form of financial commission since dealing with this casino may likely put your money at denger.

But also we have to give them the chance to prove what their can do, and we are not gullible here on Bitcointalk to just by into whatever story that their sell to us.

I looked for the TOS on your website and I'm not seeing anything. Maybe it's on my side that it's not showing up. Also about this issue of not asking for KYC, this is a good thing as people could have privacy. But it also means that you won't have a license and one day you could be targeted by governments who could arrest you for operating a casino without a license and charge you with money laundering for not complying with KYC and the risk of being arrested will be high and the prison sentences are very high. Are you willing to take this high risk? On the side of the gamblers, they will also run the risk of seeing their website seized along with their money. It is true that there are few cases in which we see online casinos being seized by governments.

Now you have an issues with the mentioned of the huge withdrawal fees, who want to play on a casino that have high fees.

Their BTC withdrawal fee does suck quite a bit, but they do offer other options like LTC which has a way lower and reasonable withdrawal fee in comparison to be fair. Dash is another decent alternative.

But it also means that you won't have a license and one day you could be targeted by governments who could arrest you for operating a casino without a license and charge you with money laundering for not complying with KYC and the risk of being arrested will be high and the prison sentences are very high. Are you willing to take this high risk?

They aren't newcomers though and have a lot of experience in this field which is why they probably have contingency plans in place to deal with the situations that you mentioned.

2. Withdrawal fees.    With the new platform, you can deposit or withdraw ETH or W(rapped)BTC via smart contract and all you ever pay are the Ethereum fees for calling the smart contract, which is usually around 2 USD. A lot of advantages with this solution:
- We don't hold custody of your funds
- There are no centralized servers necessary
- No operating costs
- No one can steal or confiscate these funds

3. Staying accessible
  Even if the entire team gets arrested / killed or goes awol, the platform will still stay online.  The interface is running on IPFS, so it cannot be taken down. No servers are required or permissions to access your funds. All it takes is just one Node, that you can connect to.  You are welcomed to run your own node. Instructions can be found on github.

 There are more and more DeFI prediction markets like this coming online. Polymarket and Kalshi are the most prominent. We are the biggest one with a professional approach towards Sports Betting.

4. LTC is no longer available. In fact, using Fairlay is disencouraged as it is much slower and harder to use.

5. Current volumes on the platform are around 2-5 BTC per day but expected to rise at least 3x within the following months.

6. Not all  market makers have yet switched to the new platform. But you should see the same or better odds than on Fairlay in most cases.

I have checked out the site and have also noticed some quit strange things, like a member of this Forum mentioned earlier about the high withdrawal fees on the site, but when I checked the site and read through the terms and conditions of the casino I did not fine any where that their mentioned what the fees for withdrawals is.

So this makes me to suspect the game play behind the whole thing and how I learn to be very careful with this casino not to fall any victims.

But like I said earlier, it's a new down and from what we have seen on this site posted here in the ANN and for that there are possibility of success ahead of them

You're a Senior member; you know how everything works here, You first resolve your issue before they take the tags out, You should have waited for the issue to resolve and asked members who tag you to take down the feedback before creating an announcement to your new casino.
So don't be surprised why your announcement is getting bad feedback; the red tag is very visible in your profile; members will have second thoughts playing on the platform you're promoting.

Well, I do not know but most casinos usually don't include their fees on their terms and conditions because, fees is something that changes constantly for most of them, specially for decentralized casinos, and it  makes no sense for them to always go into their terms and conditions to edit it all the time just to include what the new fees is, this i believe is the reason why some casinos usually won't include their fee structure in their terms and conditions.

And on the other point, let me point out to you that this is decentralized casino we talking about here, if you find anything like a withdrawal fee on the site, then it simply means that this is not actually a decentralized casino as they claim, and I would advice gamblers to stay away.

On decentralized casinos, gamblers can only pay game fees, there is nothing withdrawal fees since games are supposed to be hosted on the blockchain network, and interacted with directly through the wallet address, this means that every win or loss is supposed to be added or subtracted from the wallet balance automatically and immediately.

There are still some strange things about the site. First you are not able to create an account on this site directly. It is the invite-only access which means that someone needs to send you an invite code before you can make the account. I do not know what is the reason for this and is this site too popular that they do not want normal registrations?

Secondly, even if bitcoin-betting has no scam accusations or if the previous issues were resolved, still the OP having the negative trust is never good for the growth of the casino specially on this platform.

There are none.  You make a withdrawal by interactiving with a smart contract and the fees for that vary. It can be 30c  or 3 USD - depending on the market situation.

As everything runs on a decentralized network, once invited it is not possible for us to freeze assets from users.  So we have to take some measures to not let bad actors in in the first place.  With Fairlay, some bad actors used to have several accounts and it was very hard to ban them.   With Bitcoin Betting everyone can easily see who was when invited by whom.

And when you said betting exchange, it a kind of confusing to some of us here and this could build some misinterpreted I formation, so can you take the time to explain what are your service as a betting exchange, can one exchange their assets from one coin to another interacting with the site through the Smart contract?

Traditional sportsbooks only allow their punters to place back bets on their markets while betting exchanges like this site and Fairlay allow their punters to place back and lay bets on their markets.

Back bet implies backing a team/player to win while Lay bet implies backing a team/player to not win. These are usually user generated markets.
