I'm a noob. I got a bitcoin wallet app for my android phone in later 2012 (I can't remember the name of it either) and put around $100 worth of BTC in there and it's now worth $600 or so. I found a backup of some keys in my email today. It's a file that contains 5 lines that look somewhat like -

Code:
U2FsdPVkX1/GNNmR4eCuF+mVRWJbVB6K9tZ/UxbeCpQ9CpZBngWpDgiBUYPyjxQFupmptk1Btr52

What is this? What can I do with this? I don't have an Android phone any more in case I need a specific app.

Any help appreciated,

Thanks.

I really don't recognize that sequence?

As per or PMs, if it's not a Tx ID, not a private or public key then I don't know where to go next. Perhaps some sort of internal accounting tied to the app your using?

If the file was created with the standard android bitcoin wallet (Andreas Schildbach) backup it is a bitcoinj backup not bitcoind so limited to what can read/import it.  You should be able to import it into multibit though.  Andreas is pretty responsive to support emails as well so he may be able to deciper if it is in fact from his app.
