if what you mean by this is, upcoming new solana project that's coming from solana foundation, I think there will be none.

but if what you mean is just new upcoming solana project, you can always find some in site like dropstab where they provide info about new upcoming project, occasionally some new solana project also appear.

I was following Solana last year and I used to get all my updates from their discord channel and X (Twitter).
You can also go to their website and get the latest news on the website directly.
This is the best way to get ahold of latest trends on Solana.

The question is not confusing, i want to know if there is a particular platform whereby only Solana projects are being announced before they are being launched, this may not have to be only the Solana foundation project alone, but other projects making use of the Solana network to launch their project.

It's a website that lists solana projects although no new listings, upon I navigate there but you go ahead and check them. I cannot find if there's something new to it but I've seen familiar projects in there, so basically it's a good website that lists potential projects that you may like and pump. But don't take my words as guarantee, you still need to do your research per project you view there.

There are websites that will show you, but most importantly there are launchpads and launchpools that you can see. However, if you really want to make money from these stuff, then have a good twitter account that is mostly about crypto and follow the accounts that share these type of stuff. Then you will end up learning about these stuff before anyone else and you could make some good money.

Most people are guessing what they should be doing instead of reading what others are doing. I am not saying influencers will tell you what's the correct way to invest, but in reality we will see how they are reacting and their followers will be talking about it as well so you will see honest reactions from some people out there easily and make predictions based on that.

Imo, if you want to stay up to date with latest happenings on Solana, you'd want to get a hold of the official Solana account on X and turn notifications on. You can also join their discord as well. I believe they usually posts all new announcements over there in their discord.

Bonus: Follow top Solana KOL (not influencers). I believe all of them (X, Discord + KOL) will give you more than enough info to stay up to date.

But what you also can do is to be active on GeckoTerminal and see when new tokens release in the pool, but be CAREFUL it's many many many scams that are being released daily that only are being released for rug pull etc so always do your research and be very careful.
But I using these for Solana trading and it works perfectly, in the end earning money isn't easy but it's far away from impossible.
