[HIRE] Solution to fix corrupt mp4 - Linux CLI

I am on a CentOS server, running ssh. I need a command line solution for linux that can fix corrupted mp4.

Corrupted mp4 refer to mp4 video that turn "green" or "freeze" at a certain timing when play, mostly require a re-encode
with engine like Youtube, but since I hosting the video file myself, it will be hard for me to actually upload to youtube and download back .


I am searching for a Command Line tool for CentOS Linux that can fix my corrupted mp4.
