One thing I will say is being a complete cunt to staff/players which I have heard through many many players in this community at shuffle that Mandy always was horrifically rude to all forms of people, you build no good rep at a casino. Relationships in business and in life just in general is huge, and Mandy consistently was a cunt to everyone at shuffle from what I know and have seen proof of. Why would anyone give her favours anyways? at the end of the day shuffle discovered she broke terms of service and they suspended her account as they have every right to. end of story. That is all there is to it and she is trying to blow it out of context and lie on just about every bullet point she made in her post that she was wronged. she was not. she is a horrible person and has scammed so many people its almost laughable, nobody likes scammers and Mandy has always been one. - contrary to Mandy’s suggestion, I was not aware of her United States residence. US residents are not permitted on Shuffle (as per our Terms of Service) and I would’ve closed her account sooner if I had proof of this.

- I can’t talk on behalf of Cam and whether he knew or not, we have a protocol to follow if we suspect a user of breaking Terms of Service so I’ll make sure of whether that’s the case or not, but that doesn’t mean that anything changes with how we handle it from the point that we were made aware.

- Suggesting that we were wrong to chat ban Mandy because other people are also toxic is like suggesting that a police officer shouldn’t have pulled someone over because other people were also speeding. Then try suggesting that when this police officer has pulled them over and warned them over 10 times. I also don’t think a chat ban should be taking up valuable space in a scam accusation thread.

Mandy, I would recommend that you open a case with Casinoguru or some other casino mediation service. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to DM you directly because you weaponise messages, and I have no interest in having my messages with you be taken out of context. A mediation service will be able to dig into the specifics of this issue, and if we are deemed to be in the wrong and still don’t accept that, then you can use that ruling against us if you wish.

But as evidenced by his post, he made several statement.

Mandy, you'll hate me for this, but I have to say that based from your screenshot, and unless you have better one that clearly shows Cam knows you're US resident, an explicit convo about nationality, or address where Shuffle can send Christmas hampers, or favorite cafe in US that you visited daily, that convo about American idol and you being the wife of... a contestant, it's circumstantial at best.

The nature of the convo that lean towards a banter, the ambiguity of the citizenship and the residency status of this "American wife". I don't think it will hold. I don't know the context of this American idol at all, at all, but the way I see it from the screenshot, without added context, Cam could just said that in a joking manner.

Please tell me that you've perhaps do KYC before this with your US ID and they accepted that, that'll prove that they know you're American and still allows you. Or is this the first instance you did your KYC? Other convo that indicate, conclusively, that Cam knows you're an American, perhaps?

Considering such terms, as an affiliate you have zero legal ground to do anything against a brand. This is one of the darkside of affiliate marketing to be honest.

This isn't about continuing the affiliate relationship going forward, it's about receiving compensation that was already earned.

1. The locked funds I already earned in my account from past wager

It's reasonable to want payment for services already rendered and results already achieved. What is stopping Shuffle from terminating all of their high value affiliates and no longer having to pay out commission anymore? Holding them accountable should be what this conversation is focused on because like Simba said, his bonuses are decreasing instead of increasing with the 30% Shuffle is now pocketing. If this ends with Shuffle keeping that commission, no affiliates should ever feel safe working with them. I brought them players, I brought them Simba. I am only asking for what they promised me, nothing more.

p.s.: might be good to mention that while I roam around their ToS, they have another clause that entitles them to terminate your account, related to uhh, indecent content. So... yeah, I hate to say it, but from where I stand, you breached multiple clauses that entitles them more than enough reason to termination, and the best appeal I can offer or attempted to do is to get the rest of your fund. What Noah is doing is wrong. They stream from Australia, they hire streamers from America, the dragon player on the leaderboard every week is openly from a restricted location, they have an official Japan Twitter and Telegram, there is no way in hell you are going to tell me that what they are doing to me is ok. I haven't done anything that 50% or more of the players at shuffle aren't doing at this exact moment and what the OWNERS THEMSELVES do every day.

This conversation was pointless from the moment it started. You already believed what you thought you knew about me so what's the point. This entire situation is about WHY I was asked to KYC, not what happened after. Shuffle does not have the right to weaponize KYC as a way to get rid of expensive affiliates or people they don't like or in my case both.
