A few questions for you.
Do you have your own funds for liquidity, if so can you provide some proof of funds?
If you are a reseller and have a 3rd party liquidity provider, can you tell me who it is?
Your AML policy says:
Quote
the Client’s transaction may be frozen indefinitely until complete identification verification (KYC) is completed.

Does this mean that you will unconditionally release client funds and continue the transaction after passing KYC?
Why are mixer coins marked as high-risk characteristics when mixers are not illegal?

This site uses the same script, is registered through the same domain registrar, and is hosted on the same server as Swapgate.io. The terms are exactly the same as on Swapgate, and the same person is behind it as Connection Between Swapgate.io and Quickex.io

Hello! Yes, we use liquidity providers for orders proceeding and don't operate with own liquidity. Due to NDA we cant mention the names of our providers.
Transaction freezing only happens because of ToS or AML Policy violations. Revbit doesnt freeze funds by itself, it occurs on the side of liquidity providers.

You cannot say which liquidity provider it is, although the same one can freeze users' funds.  Huh
This information should be transparent, for example, if your provider is Whitebit, I would not use your service.

You didn't answer, what happens after the user passes KYC and submits all the necessary data? Is that a guarantee that the transaction will continue or is there a possibility that the funds will remain frozen?

Revbit doesnt freeze any funds. All the processing about reasons and procedures of these cases are written in our Tos and AML Policy, which each user accept before starting the exchange. If funds are frozen - Revbit does everything to support clients and work as a mediator between user and liquidity provider.

After successfull passing of KYC, user get his refund.

I got the impression that you are not taking this seriously enough. You have absolutely no influence on the AML check procedure, freezing or unfreezing funds. It all depends on the third party.
Now here you claim that the user will surely get a refund after passing KYC. How confident are you in this statement?

All the exchanges which have liquidity providers cant affect on AML investigation, they can only ask LP about statuses and get the info about the procedure. If AML passes successfuly - user gets his refund because third party also doesnt have the right to keep somebody's funds without specific reason.

This is not a discussion about "all exchangers" but about Revbit. You're keeping the LP name a secret, so it's all pretty murky territory and there's no definitive explanation until it happens. I asked that you give all possible options after the user passes KYC, you answer by guessing, instead of asking for an official answer from your LP.

If AML passes successfuly - user gets his refund because third party also doesnt have the right to keep somebody's funds without specific reason.
I know what is fair and how something should be resolved, here we are talking about potential problems using your platform.

Masternodes are no longer an innovation. At the same time, the story about passive income is quite worn out. In most cases, it has almost turned into a pyramid scheme, the only difference is that mostly the user has always available coins, but their value is always in a greater decline than the income from the running masternode.
I'm not sure I recognize the reason why you're making any analysis about something that has long been forgotten.

Actually this topic was taken due to the interest from wordstat and google search, what means people are interested in it. Anyway, tittle says its beginners guide, so its more relevant for unexperienced users.
