I think you are misunderstanding because first you have discussed the definition of DCA and also discussed the choice of this investment and its special advantages but later you are referring to this investment strategy as trading. Also, another thing to mention is that if the dollar price falls, it can never affect the DCA strategy because the dollar you mentioned is a fiat currency. It should always be understood that the value of fiat can decrease due to inflation but Bitcoin acts as a buffer against that.

Don't make the mistake of assuming that your investment is dependent on the dollar, it's DCA, yes, but depending on what part of the world you are in then you are doing it with your own fiat currency and not necessarily the dollar so even if the dollar is hit with inflation you investment doesn't have to be affected by it unless you are investing with the dollar in which case a reduction in the value of the currency will reduce how much bitcoin can be bought with a particular amount of that fiat, you can still accumulate bitcoin regardless.

I think you are getting the whole thing wrong, first you said the DCA is very okay for you and you prefer it more but why are you now saying it help predict the time to buy? I think you still have this trading mindset and mentality because the DCA doesn't help predict the time to buy rather it help and investor whether rich or poor to accumulate or purchase Bitcoin at any given price of the market that is why it is term the best and it also help someone to start with any amount that they're able to figure out as a discrestionary income.

That's mostly right... Folks this days spend to much time trying to acquire knowledge before they can kickstart their accumulation journey... And doing this, they have wasted their time and years that they should have used to have started accumulating... You don't have to talk about the lump sum as that of an emotional decision taken strategy because that is not what it is, people can actually lump sum without fomo but rather because they have the lump sum amount available and wouldn't want to be tempted in to using it for something else other than buying Bitcoin and right away, undoubtedly DCA is a good strategy and has numerous funtionalites for both new and old investors, I don't consider lump sum as risky as you said if only you are investing from your discretionary income, though it's has to suits your personal circumstances and tolerance level.
