If you're planning to simply reply "they can do whatever they want because TOS," I respectfully ask that you consider the broader context. Yes, I understand that technically, according to their Terms of Service, Shuffle can terminate accounts and withhold funds at their discretion. This isn't about whether they have the right to, it's about selective enforcement and fairness and the future implications the community will face by allowing them to become industry standards.[/size]
My Story:
In February 2023, during Shuffle's launch week, I introduced a high-roller (Simba) to the platform who became their first Diamond VIP player and has since generated over $100 million in wager volume. This wasn't just a lucky referral - it was the result of building genuine relationships and trust within the community. By the time my account was closed, I had personally wagered 12 million and generated 150 million in affiliate wager volume.
In my almost 2 years at Shuffle I:
- Achieved Ruby 5 VIP status - Served as a freelance graphic designer for nearly a year - Created dozens of graphics for their social media campaigns - Built an affiliate book of 70 players - Had almost daily communication with Shuffle staff
I was and continue to be an asset to Shuffle, My affiliates still generate significant income for them even while I'm denied my promised commissions.
The Turning Point: In March 2024, everything changed. Shuffle suddenly removed Simba from my affiliate code, claiming they couldn't afford both his bonuses and my 30% commission. Their initial offer was a $1,500 bonus for nearly $50 million in generated wagers, presenting it as a non-negotiable "done deal." When I went public with my story on Twitter and Telegram, Noah quickly reinstated Simba to my code and paid $30,000 in back commissions.
What followed was a clear and calculated retaliation: 1. Progressive chat mutes (7 days, then 30 days, then permanent) 2. Staff privately admitted the mutes were unjustified but "came from the top" 3. Sudden KYC requirement after 1.5 years of partnership 4. Complete communication blackout - all staff simultaneously blocked me 5. Account termination with $8,000 in commissions withheld
I acknowledge making a serious mistake in submitting false KYC documents - it was a panic response to suddenly losing access to my livelihood. Within 24 hours, I emailed support with my legitimate Nebraska ID and expressed willingness to become fully compliant, but received no response.
Shuffle's Double Standards: Noah's explanations have been contradictory, first claiming this was a "routine system-triggered KYC check," then suggesting it was related to chatroom behavior. The selective enforcement is undeniable:
- Shuffle previously accepted my Nebraska ID for birthday bonuses (twice) - Shuffle maintains official presence in restricted territories (Japan Twitter/Telegram) - Shuffle's office is in a restricted territory (Australia) - Shuffle streams their official weekly stream from Australia
The financial impact is substantial: - Over $8,000 in withheld commissions (could be 3X more by now) - Estimated $200,000+ per year in lost future earnings - Denial of promised SHFL Airdrop 2 - Ongoing revenue generation through my affiliates without compensation
Simple Request for Resolution
I am simply asking for a withdrawal only account to access: - Currently held commissions ($8,000+) - Future earnings from existing referrals
This solution would: - Allow access to legitimately earned funds - Maintain compliance with current restrictions - Provide clean separation moving forward
This isn't about winning an argument or proving anyone right or wrong - it's about finding a fair solution to a situation that has dramatically impacted my life. I welcome constructive dialogue from community members who can approach this objectively, focusing on the business dispute and documented evidence rather than unverified claims or personal matters.
These questions remain unanswered: - Why are the TOS selectively enforced - Why my location was acceptable for nearly two years - Why other restricted territories are openly welcomed - Why immediate attempts to provide correct documentation were ignored - Why a withdrawal-only solution isn't possible if this is a compliance issue
I have screenshots and documented evidence for all of my claims. If you would like to see anything specific please ask. I was just avoiding another cluttered post so haven't attached them.
I apologize if creating a new thread isn't standard protocol, but the previous thread became overwhelmed with unrelated accusations and personal attacks that made it impossible to focus on resolving this business dispute. Throughout this ordeal, I've faced a wave of personal attacks and hostile messages from people I've never wronged and in most if not all cases, never even interacted with. I don't understand what I've done to deserve such hostility, but I want to be clear: whether people like me personally or not shouldn't affect the basic fairness of this dispute. I ask that responses focus only on resolving the dispute outlined below. If anyone has personal issues or accusations unrelated to this specific situation, please create a separate thread with verifiable evidence of your claims.
I welcome assistance from anyone who can approach this situation objectively and help facilitate a resolution focused on the business aspects of this dispute.

this is regarding the first part of your post. sadly this thread would likely become just like your previous thread. what I suggest is just stay on your previous thread and ignore the unnecessary posts and if you don't want to see posts from certain users you click the "ignore" button just under the trust button.

I understand what you mean and if I could ignore people on behalf of others that would be great because it's not about me not wanting to see posts, I am trying to get someone to help me and there is no way anyone is going to read through all of that nonsense and be able to pull out the information they need to make a fair judgement. If that makes sense.

Based on this story they clearly just didn't want to pay commission to you anymore and were trying to find any reason not to pay you anymore. Granted you made a really stupid mistake - providing them with fake kyc documents for some reason (even though asking for kyc 2 years later for such a established account with ton of referrals, cmon). If the kyc part wasn't the case I would totally sue them for that. Kyc or not, they don't honor the referral program and don't the deserve the business you brought them at all.

Exactly. If this is about compliance, why not turn my account into a withdrawal only account? If it has nothing to do with greed, why has Simba not been given bonuses that include the commission they are no longer paying me? Why does Shuffle get to keep my players, all their money, my account, my airdrop and the $300,000 I lost in my time there. It makes no sense.

Apart from if the real reason isn't as claimed and is them being tight asses, or a personal issue. If that's the case, they're fucked in the head and total dicks.

First time to seen a case from affiliated sectors, did you also already create on some other gambling site review/case too ? Example like (Casino Guru / AskGambler). Most the time they also have contact with casinos. Worth to try from my opinion, since to do these things is free on there and the site is also having a good moderated from gambling sector too. Suitable to solved or process any case from gambling sector, good luck for @OP.

I tried with Casinoguru and they said they can't deal with affiliate disputes. AskGamblers doesn't have Shuffle on their list of Casinos. I asked them to add it and will have to wait until they do.

Were you paid your affiliate commission up until the date of the ban? If so, there's not much more for you to do, or that anyone else can do. Shuffle is under no obligation to provide you with a withdrawal-only account. I do agree that their terms of service regarding player jurisdiction should be better enforced. This is the case with just about every online casino.

If a casino makes a deal with a player, they should stick to that deal. In your case it's thousands of dollars or at least could be and 1 would think you could take them to court assuming everything you say is correct. Would you win the case? No clue, but worth a shot if everything you say is legit.
Regarding jurisdiction issues. Is there anything in their affiliate terms that say users from certain countries cannot get referrals and commissions? Might wanna look into that.
Sometimes casinos are in a rush to get players and offer very lucrative affiliate deals to users, issue is they cancel the deal once they have the players. They don't need you anymore. Again, look at the terms of the affiliates. Think about contacting a lawyer. Not saying this casino is or isn't screwing you over, but never know. A lawyer will be able to give you more answers than this forum unless you contact their campaign manager and he/she is willing to talk to the team for you, but likely they will relay 1 message and be done. If the owner wanted to talk to you, they have your info I assume and would talk to you if they were interested. So either go to court or give up.
1 last thing, if you'll notice it's all newbies agreeing with you. Looks fishy. I don't know if it's you on alts or not, but if it is stop. Just present your case and evidence and let the legit members help if they wish. Holydarkness may get involved if you're not rude.

Yes, from this user’s last commission claim to the time they uploaded forged ID, there was no activity from their players. After the ban was placed, we left the account open temporarily to allow the user to withdraw any remaining balances which would explain why they’re claiming they’re owed commission, but at that point the ban had been applied.

In my eyes, even the case was unjustified for @OP but he making a serious bad movement. Basically, upload a forged or false "KYC" even with the court better to stay quite or not doing some activity or acting can lead to our self. But this one "Forged/Faked KYC" is being confirmed by both parties (@OP admitted himself & from SHUFFLE) too leading some action from them against @OP. It's gonna to hard to be solved, or more less they just can justified to ban or closed the account due @OP make action against T&C.

After the ban was placed, we left the account open temporarily to allow the user to withdraw any remaining balances which would explain why they’re claiming they’re owed commission, but at that point the ban had been applied. This is not true. I was told to wait and I asked multiple times for someone to let me claim while I still had the account. The second I was asked to KYC I was not able to claim
The fact that you are saying I was actually already banned at that point, just confirms what I have been saying the whole time. There was never going to be a scenario where you let me pass that KYC. You already closed my account before they even finished reviewing and let me know the account was closed.
This is absolutely insane. How you can do this to someone who has been loyal to Shuffle and one of your biggest advocates since day one... just blows my mind.
I watched the commission go from $800 to $8000 with my account clearly still open just restricted. I was able to withdraw but not claim my money. It was a sick joke to be honest.
I don't understand why you won't just tell everyone what this is Noah. You have the ability to stop this and let me have an account that doesn't bother anyone, no chatting, no gambling, no compliance issues. But you are refusing to acknowledge the request because I am too expensive for someone you don't even like. These questions remain unanswered:
- Why are the TOS selectively enforced - Why my location was acceptable for nearly two years - Why other restricted territories are openly welcomed - Why immediate attempts to provide correct documentation were ignored - Why a withdrawal-only solution isn't possible if this is a compliance issue

I am not aware how it looks because I am not paying attention to the ranks of people agreeing with me. HolyDarkness did get involved in my first post, and he made the same assumptions you did, which frankly tainted his entire opinion of me when I hadn't even done anything he was suspecting me of doing. If you took a few moments to check some of the other threads, you would see that I actually brought up my post in another thread where I was disagreeing with a few people here who, from the looks of things, then came here to read.
And for the record, everything I have said is true.
and to answer your other question, there are no affiliate terms that are specific to affiliates. At least not any that I was given.

If a business has consistently not enforced certain parts of their own terms, to the point where it is reasonable for the average person to assume they do not enforce them, then deciding to enforce them during a dispute is extremely suspicious and calls into question whether they are even enforceable at all.
