 As a newbie user I love moving around the forum and be checking some of my superiors threads and their comments just to learn more from them,while doing that I decided to make my own thread for clarification on some things I don't really understood or I see it as confusing understanding,I made a research on
1:Shitposting
2:Shitcoin
3:Bounty Hunting
From my research,I truly got some point on

if you'll join the campaigns in this section, Bounties (Altcoins) .. that's called bounty hunting.

You can see a lot of topics, and it has different task offered where you are reward if you get accepted and do the job.
Such us, the most popular, signature campaign, translations, twitter (x) campaign, telegram, article, and instagram.

Bounty hunting can be similar to signature campaign campaign in the sense that you complete task and get paid for it, but bounty hunting has some differences from the signature campaign.
+ Bounty hunting unlike the signature campaign can require task outside the forum like other social media(telegram, Facebook, X, e.t.c).

+ Also signature campaign mainly get paid in Bitcointalk but bounty hunting mainly get paid in the projects token,coin or any other altcoins the issue here is that some if not most of this projects token,coin end up becoming worthless or holds very little value even though you maybe able to earn thousands to millions of them.

+ Unlike signature campaign you are likely to spam when involved in bounty hunting, some of their application and work submission process are Spammy and an eyesaw and can give your forum account a poor reputation when going through your account.

+ Unlike signature campaign, bounty hunting is mostly carried out by low rank or less reputable account because it's very easy for them to get into a bounty campaign because the selection process are less Strick.

Shit posting is user who makes less quality posts specific posts that makes no meaning and useless for other users.
You know this forum is like an institution where we seeks knowledge and discuses about Bitcoin and relevant activities around us and globally, so also creative to proffer solutions.
So if user posts are not met with these qualities then it definitely mean a shit post.

2:Shitcoin

Shit coins are those clown coins that are valueless which developers interests are selfish or probably not investing enough resources to provide the coin with worth value to benefit its users. But instead the coin goes dump and useless in the market.

3:Bounty Hunting

Bounty hunting is participating in Crypto or token projects with performance  of media tasks based on project demands.
It could be marketing tasks to promote the coin before it is launched and then you earns their token for rewards of a job done.

Bitcoin maximalists call alternate cryptocurrencies aka altcoins as shitcoins, even Ethereum is called as shitcoins. If you are not a Bitcoin maximalist, shitcoins are small cap coins, meme tokens and it's accurate too.

Signature Campaign Guidelines (read this before starting or joining a campaign). It can be applied for bounties too because if your bounty tasks include spamming in the forum with shitposts, don't do this.

Some advice in welcome message has points on shitposts too.

Its just a form of campaign where you can earn tokens from promoting and marketing. Sometimes its valuable and profitable but in the case of bounty in forum Its likely a waste of time since eversince the projects launch in here are bot worth it. Maybe during 2017 to 2019 were ICOs are still a thing. Many earned huge money from it.

Its just a form of campaign where you can earn tokens from promoting and marketing. Sometimes its valuable and profitable but in the case of bounty in forum Its likely a waste of time since eversince the projects launch in here are bot worth it. Maybe during 2017 to 2019 were ICOs are still a thing. Many earned huge money from it.

Perhaps if you pick the correct project you can earn some money even nowadays, but for that you should invest a lot of time in projects that won't pay for the effort.

Maybe for someone who has a lot of free time and wants to try his luck it may be worth it. Back in 2017-2019 many people here thought that these campaigns paid poorly or didn't paid, which was true, but you could also make several thousands if you got lucky and the tokens peaked after the listing, which wasn't so uncommon. So who knows, maybe they're still worth a try, but don't expect sure returns.

It’s more like a signature campaign you get paid with a token, bounty hunting as the name implies there’s a probability the token will rise but still after promotion you get paid besides you just have to risk it, if the token turns out to valuable that’s your gain likewise loss.

The concept of shitposting is totally different from others including me, the definition is actually right but generally shitposting can be considered as non educative information although most times users ask questions aside this the forum should be a place to learn, understand etc.

You do something for rewards just like the word itself from the Wild West. But you don't do any killing just like what it means literally so, in exchange of doing some task you take some rewards out of it. And with those rewards, you'll never know if the token/coin you have received is going to be worth it. Since we're on a bull run, maybe a few of them are. Although the majority of them aren't worth of our time because they are likely to fail even if we're on this cycle of the market.

Not only signature campaigns, there are still several categories of campaigns such as Social media, articles, Translations and others.
Each campaign category and signature campaigns usually have a higher reward amount than others.

In the past I often participated in bounties and worked on a lot of bounties and that is called Bounty Hunting.
Payments use campaign tokens that are done and can have a high price after listing or Zonk and just become garbage.

Now bounty campaigns also pay with stablecoins, but very rarely, only certain bounties.

Perhaps if you pick the correct project you can earn some money even nowadays, but for that you should invest a lot of time in projects that won't pay for the effort.

Yes, actually Id still do some of airdrops but not in the forum cause its not giving off some good result. But for outside and other platform Id able to earn some good airdrops from doing some task.

I think its better to do some from other platform like Galxe, zealy, and other since they automated the process especially on social campaign.

First of all welcome to forum. It is great to see you are trying to learn and understand new terms. You have done good job researching shitposting and shitcoin and bounty hunting. Your understanding of shitcoin is correct it is cryptocurrency that is not worth much. Your definition of shitposting is also right it is bad post that gets in way of conversation or is just spam. Now about bounty hunting is when people do small jobs or tasks to get reward usually in cryptocurrency. These jobs can be testing new software or giving feedback or joining online campaigns. People who do this are called bounty hunters and they look for chances to earn rewards. By the way you already explained well.
