You can use Electrum for that. Run it then select "Standard wallet" --> Use Master key and then paste it there.

Make sure you download electrum from its official website and verify the signature. (For more information, click here to read the guide provided by DireWolfM14).

For more secuirty, it's recommended to make your transaction offline (preferably on an airgapped device), especially if you have big funds. To do so, you need to create a watch-only wallet on an online device and a wallet with your master private key on an offline device.

Also, it will help if you know the derivation path, or at least which wallet software the xpriv came from so that it automatically calculates it for you.

I am the original owner, unfortunately I was in comma for 3 months in 2016 and lost all bitcoins I mined
originally I mined 250 bitcoins by solving 5 blocks{5x50 btc}).
