Really? I'm #2? now Who would have thought I don't even remember what I picked, other than 50% Monero. And Monero has been doing good, even though it dropped 3% today, it's still up 6% in a week. So that's $999 now, not bad starting at $500. I looked up the rest: Doge ($86), Litecoin ($123) and Tezos ($16) have been as expected from altcoins: disappointing
Go Monero go!

The results are quite sad this year. The graph peaked at $5000, now #1 is at a quarter of that. Even Bitcoin is down.

The current #1 picked PAX Gold, which looks like some coin following real gold. That's been a very good choice this year!

The most surprising thing is that, for once, the winner didn't select the best-performing shitcoin (XMR). It was all about the proportions of his selection.

As usual, I will wait 2-3 days so that everyone can check that I haven't made a mistake. Then I will contact the winners by PM to ask for their BTC address so I can send the rewards.
(What worries me a little is that paid2's last login date is 28/11. I hope he's looking to buy his third house and he will be back soon).

Thanks! I spent months being "the closest to $1000", and then suddenly moved up the ranks (but still close to $1000). This portfolio contest once again confirmed that most altcoins lose against Bitcoin.

As usual, I will wait 2-3 days so that everyone can check that I haven't made a mistake.

I expected slightly different results, but that's because the first 2 weeks of this year 2025 weren't included.

Congrats, fellas! This was a wild ride for some..

As years pass I become more and more Bitcoin maxi so I'll even struggle to pick some alts for the next instance of this competition.
Still, should be a better year for them than the recent one.
