I believe they only require KYC for some users. If you win a small amount and withdraw you do not need to do any of that.

I was reading the thread and someone said they withdrew $300 with no verification.

No, I did not complete KYC to make withdrawal.
I simply do 1x wager before withdrawal because the first time I received a bonus code that comes from winning the raffle, there's a prompt appeared when I try to withdraw after trying a few games, it is stated that I need to complete 100% of the deposit before I can withdraw. After I complete the requirement, I was able to withdraw my winnings.

But you should not compare the situation happened on Binance, since they are they are different.
