thanks so much
lets cross fingers
is quite an amount of money they stole me
Thank you for waiting. I have just posted an official and final response in your thread.
First of all, I completely reject your accusations of arbitrage betting. This is absolutely false. I have never engaged in arbitrage betting, and I honestly have no idea what evidence you supposedly have to support such a claim.
I simply place my own bets, sometimes following tips from Telegram tipsters, just like thousands of other bettors do. That's it. I don't engage in arbitrage, I don't use any arbitrage strategies, and I have never tried to exploit your platform in any way. So I strongly dispute this accusation and ask you to provide actual evidence instead of simply claiming that your betting team has "confirmed" something that is not true.
Regarding the alleged multi-accounting, I genuinely do not remember having a previous account with 1Win. In fact, I registered through a different website address (1wwnf.com), which wasn't even exactly the same as the 1Win website. If I did have another account associated with my identity, it must have been created years ago which i dont remember, because I honestly have no recollection of it. 100% sure was NEVER in this adress: 1wwnf.com
I want to make something absolutely clear: at no point have I acted in bad faith. I registered simply to place some bets and play casino games on a well-known platform that offers a wide range of betting markets. I had absolutely no intention of breaking any rules or taking advantage of your website.
And this is precisely why I find your decision completely outrageous and disproportionate.
You allowed me to register, deposit my money, place bets, play casino games and complete the entire identity verification process successfully. Then, without providing any specific explanation, you suddenly blocked my account and confiscated my entire balance, including not only my winnings but also my own deposited money.
If there was supposedly an issue with an old account, why wasn't I informed during registration or identity verification? Why was I allowed to continue depositing and playing? And most importantly, how can you possibly justify confiscating all my funds, including my original deposits, over something I wasn't even aware of?
After weeks of waiting, this is the explanation I receive. Two accusations, one of which is completely false, and another involving an alleged previous account that I genuinely don't remember having, and by having been registered through a link it was not 1win exactly (it actually was 1wwnf.com), so i have never been aware that was multiaccounting. as i told you if i had an account it was years ago and not through same adress.
Even if there had been an unintentional breach of your multi-accounting policy, I cannot see how that would justify keeping every single dollar of my money. There is a huge difference between deliberately abusing a platform and my case, which has nothing to do.
I repeat: I have NEVER engaged in arbitrage betting, and I have NEVER acted in bad faith.
I am asking you to reconsider this decision, provide concrete evidence supporting your arbitrage accusation and why should i be aware that 1wwnf.com was the same bookie i had when was completelty different name.
Blocking an account is one thing. Keeping approximately 1,715 USDT of a customer's money without demonstrating any deliberate wrongdoing is something entirely different.
I sincerely hope you reconsider your position and resolve this matter fairly. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for my money to be returned and for these serious accusations to be properly justified.
