They also have the spin, which is not available for me, even after I confirm it to the support team. Though, that's actually fine since we have nothing to do with these restrictions per region. That's why when I received a bonus with no deposit needed, which does not usually happen for my account, it makes me excited. Unfortunately, the game is not available in my country.

Maybe if they are out and using public wifi's? I think that's valid situation to use VPN.

Due to abuse and casino policies, some people have forgotten the real essence of VPNs. While VP shields our Ip, most casinos don't endorse it usage because users abuse casinos through VPN. While casinos do not kick much against vpns, because players use it to their favour incase of places they are restricted.

You are right, but its unfortunate that many actually have become accustomed to that believe or mindset that VPN is only used for bypassing ISP and website restrictions, thereby being able to visit/access even sites that were or is blocked for whatever reasons.
I try to make people understand that the above is simply a side advantage of using VPN, its not the main reason why VPN was invented. And besides, in most cases, using VPN to bypass ISP, protocols and even government restrictions can largely most times end up as a serious offence when caught, this is possibly why some online casinos restrict the use of VPN to access their site.

Yes, there's the consequence after and just be prepared for it. While for those who like to use it, that's understandable as that gives them more privacy and that's the main purpose. What I like with it is that casinos, mainly the crypto casinos are starting to give this consideration about users who like to use it. I can actually relate to that, since we are in the same country. Most online casinos are restricted that's why I always put myself to safety and ensure first if it is alright to use a VPN to access their platform is safe before I can decide to use one. Decided to close my account with 1win today. Unfortunately my experience got worse and worse. Several times I got spam messages (with phishing links) on my phone number from them, deposits gone missing and finally added after hours of waiting without the support giving any help. Sometimes you have to wait forever just for them asking you the exact same question again you already answered 3 times in the last hour.

And right now the same, I have asked 3 times to close my account, and they give me the runaround, just moved me to the 4th support agent. They are also so out of touch, they blame other sites for the reasons I want to close my account with them! I mean wtf!

Its really strange on why they would the last amount deposited in your account.

While in fact they can track it on their system, I feel something suspicious the way how that support asked that question.

I don't know if this is standard protocol of them, also on other casino to. But this is really strange and if they legitimately asked that. Better for them to change their approach, since want to leave their casino might assume that there's someone from their team. Might attempt to scam those people requesting to close their accounts.
