Of course because I myself used to experience it when start gambling also had the same thoughts like that and it went on for quite long time until I realized that all those thoughts were just stupidity that had damaged the goals and approaches in gambling, I lost lot of money and experienced some difficult conditions just because of various thoughts like that.
And if there are people I know who have beliefs about such thoughts then I try as much as possible to provide direction and advice to start changing it before it too late and has bad impact in the future, but sometimes people out there can't realize the mistake in having mindset about gambling if they haven't felt the various impacts.

If you see a gambler with such mindset, will you advise the person or just allow the person to learn their lesson?

Advising someone with that kind of thinking is pointless, at best he will say that it's none of your business and you should just leave him alone. It's better to let them learn their lesson and then we can give them advice - and it also depends on the person, if the person has a hard temper and is difficult to talk to, we shouldn't say anything to them, until they ask us for advice, because in some cases people like this won't understand until they learn their lesson. But if he wants to be told, especially if he is the closest person to us, then we need to advise him that this thinking is wrong and sooner or later if he continues to gamble with this thinking, then his finances will be destroyed and worse he will be addicted to gambling.

There is nothing surprising in such thoughts. I myself once thought about the same thing a long time ago. In fact, all these thoughts are a belief in a miracle. Some people go through this stage of naivety and begin to look at things adequately, without fantasies. Other people get stuck in this state and eventually fall into gambling addiction, also accompanied by a feeling of resentment at the injustice of the world or even God.

Yes, I believe that some people thinks like that and have that mindset. They really wants to wins much money from gambling but they do not consider that gambling can also makes them lose big money. If I see a gambler with such mindset, I will advise that person and help him to change his mindset because that is a wrong thing that he must realize. I am lucky enough that I don't have that such mindset because I know that gambling can not gives me money and only many problems. The person seems to have no other recourse than gambling, and his mind is stuck. Everyone knows that money can come from anywhere. One chance can bring him a lot of money, still he has lost many times.
He also said that losing is a sign to win more, obviously a contradictory principle. Because when you lose, it means you should learn to gamble less, start organising and stay in healthy mind control.

This is a very wrong thinking mindset that will never help the gambler in any way because it is shredded in desperation which is the first step in becoming frustrated in gambling. As soon as a gambler is desperate, the decision-making process is polluted and what that will cause is repeated mistakes. This will lead to uncontrolled risk taking and sometimes funny characters that harm the gambler psychologically. Gambling is best approached as a passive income stream and not a means of becoming rich. Any gambler still having this mindset should take a break and re-evaluate his approach before getting involved in gambling again because it is never the right mindset.

Initially I will give good advice about responsible gambling & also all about gambling is for entertainment. But if my advice is rejected, I will let him learn from his own experience.

Of course, I think all gamblers have that mindset when they first start gambling & just happen to get a winning streak.

I believe there are gamblers who think like that when they have started to get addicted and usually see the wins that other people get and they want to be like that person who succeeded through gambling, that's why sometimes there are many gambling advertisements that show someone's win to tempt gamblers to gamble more so they can succeed and not give up, this kind of mindset is very difficult to eliminate because they will be stubborn even if given advice.

Well, they won't show you people who have lost money in commercials. This is not what is needed to attract new clients, if I may say so mildly. Yes, casinos and bookmakers do not spare money to promote their product. This is right on their part, since their business requires this constantly and new people every day. Everything seems logical.

And modern youth is very susceptible to such commercials. They see in this an opportunity to get big money and in a short period of time. And who, actually, does not want this?

believe me, if you have been in the midst of real gamblers, and by real gamblers I'm not talking of the ones that makes use of their mobile phone to just gamble occasionally, i man the ones that has degenerated to the extent that they cant stay a day without gambling  and some even dress up in the morning only to visit some gambling joint, you will hear a worse off orientation and slangs from them that tells you of how addicted they are. anyone that makes use of the word Must to qualify his goal while gambling is a pure addict that should start working and seeking the help of a good therapist that will take him out of that addiction.

it's difficult to take them off that mindset but yeah, i have had to tell some friends to take it easy on the frequency of their gambling but the thing is that the more you talk to them and they continue seeing others hitting jackpot while they keep losing, the mindset of continuous playing up to the time their luck will eventually shine on them will certainly be there. you see that X page you saw them with this kind of mindset, you will always see them going back to such platform to motivate their selves that through gambling they can come out of poverty.

The mind is a powerful thing. It can make you believe anything you want.

If you don't see any other way of making money, then you convince yourself that you will make it by gambling.

There's no logic behind it, it's just "survival". The mind adapts to whatever it is in front of it at the moment.

An extreme example is that if you put Virtual Glasses and sensors, and you see that you have 8 limbs like an octopus that are controlled with your normal muscles, and you see the generated movements, your brain adapts to this, and in 20 minutes or so you feel like that octopus like body is yours.

A gambler depends on what kind of gambling he likes to do, like I have faced many losses in my new situation. And I have tried to recover the money but never been able to, now I may be a bit experienced because I have been involved in gambling for almost three years. When I used to gamble, in the beginning after facing many losses, my thinking changed, that I have to recover my money whenever I gamble in the hope of getting money, immediately I start losing more. So I took advice from my friend at work and he was an experienced gambler, then his advice was quite useful for gambling and was also enough to remove the addiction from gambling.
So I added his advice and some of my own strategies and I gained experience in gambling and I take vacations occasionally. I get free time I spend time with my family and am busy with drinking in my city, but now gambling is naturally involved occasionally and the rest of the time I am free.

To be fair, gambling is indeed a get rich quick scheme but is it a successful one? Most of the time, no. But if you find yourself in luck, you will definitely see some quick and easy money through gambling. No one exerts effort into gambling and gets better results simply because a lot of your winnings can be attributed to nothing but luck.

You won't find many gamblers who have won majority of times against the house. There is dire need to understand this fact that casinos are designed in a way that inflow of money towards house is far more then outflow. Those comments are pretty normal for the gambler's mindset, if you ask me.
Most gamblers are waiting for a big win, that will change their lives. Most gamblers are superstitious. Most gamblers feel a little bit of guilt and regrets while gambling, but they think that "things will get better, when I hit that big win". Many gamblers have a "I have to keep grinding, I will never give up" mentality, as if gambling is a 9-to-5 job or a career. This is delusional, but I completely understand such mindset. I can't find anything strange in those comments. I wouldn't advise any gamblers to stop, because I know that nobody would ever listen to me. Everyone must make his own mistakes and learn his own lessons in life.

Yeah, at the beginning of my gambling journey I used to believe that betting/gambling will make me as rich as Croesus  but this way of thinking has disappeared after couple of years. Initially the motivation is good and inspiring,but must it be through gambling.Does success really have to start through gambling or must it really come through gambling.
Some people motivation and self worth needs to be straightened,he quite passionate about his wealth status but the path he chooses is definitely out of track.

Why should you call them lazy? they're gambling, gambling is a form of activity, they're not only sit down without doing anything and sleeping.

Unfortunately the difference between addicted gambling and professional gambling is only one, profit or loss. If someone really put a lot effort in gambling and make a lot money from that, I don't think people will say they're gambling addict.
