This mentality can wreck anyone, gambling isn't something that can make you successful it doesn't matter the strategies you try to come Up with, you can't make it a source of income. People who tell themselves that they can make it through gambling end up losing a lot because they feel by not giving up they might be a huge win around the corner. Nothing is promised in gambling, it's possible to keep losing for 3 months and even more. My advice to gamblers is, if you ever have this idea about gambling then it's best to give it a break otherwise it's going to make you desperate.

With that in mind, don't read losers, puppets or players who only sell smoke, there is documentation about the game that is worth reading, find it, buy a book about game theory, or on the internet get a pdf about variance, how to deal with defeats, etc...

Anybody who has decided to be rich through gambling should also be prepared to suffer the effects. He shouldn't be willing to endure several disappointments and constant loss of money. I don't see any problem to expect to will big  if you are gambling with what you can afford to lose. But been desperate to the extent of taking loans or selling personal properties for gambling because you want to win big is where the problem comes. Gambling is highly determined by luck and some people have never been lucky to win big after decades of gambling.

It is actually very ridiculous when we have the thought of wanting to be rich or will seek wealth through gambling, with uncertain victory and no certain way to get it, besides having the thought of getting rich through gambling is also impossible to succeed, even though there is a chance of winning it also depends on the amount of our bet now if we gamble with a small amount of bet but expect a big win to make us rich is ridiculous, unless we dare to take risks like doing it with a large bet because when lucky we can get a big win I repeat if we are lucky. Gambling is basically stacked against the gambler, and the house has an advantage, always.

And that information is not always presented in the correct and best form. Of course.

If you see a gambler with such mindset, will you advise the person or just allow the person to learn their lesson?

I usually let people have their own way with reality, if it were a very close friend I could give advice but in real life I don't have any very close friends who are degen gamblers.

Have you had this kind of believe before now, probably when you newly started gamby?

No. When I started, very young, I didn't know what I know now about how casinos work or what the house edge is. In that sense I could expect more from gambling than what it can actually give you but I never had hopes that it would be the solution to my problems or that it could bring me a radical change in my life.
