My question is i paid to have a dedicated ip, the only country i could select that is available to gamble on is japan, but i can make an anonymous dedicated ip and i wanted to know thoughts on that?  is that something they would then pick up on because its anonymous?  I always depo small and if i hit 5k or 10k i withdraw under 500 at a time.    But i have options such as static ip/dedicated ip only from japan/or dedicated ip anonymous where i can pick anywhere i think such as norway or finland where i have had the most luck.

What are their prices for such services, how much do you pay precisely for that? I have already see this kind of service, but prices were rather expensive as far as I remember. It's interesting IMO but you need to also use a browser dedicated to the casino or even a virtual machine because if you have an unique fingerprint and you use it to surf the internet they can discover your real IP address through pixel tracking from advertsiments or pictures in emails.

If I were you I would look for a casino that doesn't restrict the region where I am from.

Before doing such action, the OP should read the terms of the casino regarding the use of VPN. Because in the current situation, some casinos are not allowing the use of it. So better clarify this matter from their technical support if it is not clear enough on their terms. By being careful on this aspect, you can eliminate future troubles and possibly issues with your account. Much better to clarify things beforehand rather than regret later on or cursing the site afterwards. Where in the first place, it is your fault for not checking the terms of the casino itself.
Also, do take note - every casino has their own take regarding the use of VPN or proxy settings. You can't say, the other one is ok with it and so the next one is the same. Sometimes it depends on their gambling license jurisdiction and other protocols that they need to abide by.

I am not sure this is worth it.
You need to pay a lot more money for dedicated IP address and there is no guarantee that some service wont detect you are using vpn service.
More quality services have lower tate detection but nothing is perfect, and I would not take a risk because there is always a chance website could ask you for identity verification.

Ya and that is very likely to happen when you try to cash out due to some regulation or something of this nature. This is risky business! I wouldn't want to risk it personally. It would really be idea if you know someone in another country who you can trust and have them do this for you, I wonder if some platform like this exists.

If you've been using the dedicated paid VPN for years without any issues, I advise you to continue using it, unless you have a serious reason for stopping it, which you do not add in the post.

Casinos know of VPNs through random and regular IPs. If your assigned IP is dedicated to you, and of course, not such that has been backlisted by the casino before the VPN issues it to you, it would be as if you are in that country live and no amount of usage will be suspected otherwise. However, your plan of changing it to another static IP may not be smart if that IP is already in their blacklist record. This means you are gambling on that afresh.

OP I am ready to come for you to the fullest, I don't like the idea of using a another VPN unless it has the same location as the first, the only way this can make sense is if the second VPN also have let's say Japan locations as the first, state can be different but Japan is Japan.

You will have less problem if the casino supports the use of VPN, it won't matter if your VPN connection is fumbling or not, I think making sure that VPN connection is supported by the casino is a must.

If I had to guess, I would say the best option for a gambler would be to go for a static IP address instead of a dynamic one. It is less likely the staff and the team of risk analysis of the casino to pick on you, though you must keep in mind your IP address (the one you use the most) needs to coincide with the nationality of the origin of the documents you provide during the KYC process, otherwise the casino will take a look on your case... you can always say you are rich enough to travel around the world or say you are a citizen of a certain country currently living abroad,  though that may prompt them to ask you for proof of residence in Japan or wherever they detect you are gambling from.
My internet provider only gives me the option of having dynamic IPs (of this same country, or course) and so far I have had no problem with the most popular and biggest casinos like those you mentioned.

Well, like I said, if the casino allows it and if the casino is not also banned in your country of residences, then you can safely use it but when casino already have it on their terms and conditions that VPN is not allowed on their platform, then the player who violates it should also be prepared if the casino gets to find out and restricte their account.

I posted that it may not be easy to know, not that it can not be known. I only posted that for educational purposes and not a means to be using VPN on a gambling site that does not accept the use of VPN. Also know that I am not referring to free VPN. If you use paid VPN, you can set it to a country and the VPN will give you many IP address available for the country. You can set the paid VPN to automatically be changing the VPN IP but not go beyond the selected country. So only the IP will change and not the country. The problem about this is that the gambling site can know the VPN IPs and that is enough to know that the person is using a VPN. Yeah, that’s right, you’ll still be detected if you’re using a VPN. But OP’s case seems a bit different. I don’t fully understand what he’s looking for because he mentioned VPNs that can provide different locations like Japan, Norway, and Finland. So, I’m assuming those are the options he’s considering, that might create a problem later on into his account.

You nailed it, that’s exactly how it works. They won’t bother investigating unless there’s something in it for them. From what I’ve seen on the scam accusations board, situations like this often end up with the casino accusing the gambler of multi-accounting or other violations.

Op is playing a smart game and the day when the casinos will discovered it and restrict his account (s) then he will come here to complain that they have banned his account when he has done nothing. But the fault is from him. Op should only visit and use casinos that not restricted in his country and not the ones that are restricted and if he is using VPN, there will be a day he will lost everything plus the account.

At this point, I don't think it's so easy for anyone to access casinos' service with a VPN without the casinos knowing, though this is tinily possible, it has to do with the sophistication of the VPN in question. It may be good for the gambler if the casino does not care so much to look further into the VPN usage, or if they are not so technologically advanced. I've read enough already about what I didn't know that existed in this subject matter, some are the Traffic fingerprinting and Velocity checks, which are just two among the many other means of detecting a possible VPN by casinos.
