I didn't know that the prize money is as big as this.  I am sure they will take it seriously because with this money they can buy some good players in this transfer window. If clubs like Chelsea take the Conference League seriously, even when the prize money is €7 million, then we will have to wait for a very competitive tournament. Yeah, we should expect a very competitive tournament, the prize money is good, the pride and prestige is there. I'm actually anticipating how teams in the MLS will perform expecially seeing how they are being looked at as a team that's not of the standard of leagues like the premier League, laliga and the bundesliga. No need to worry because they already think the other solution that will help them or referee work better. Adding body cam can show where the player and check if they are doing something suspicious. But again, that will need other things to help the other referee and not just a cam in their body. Perhaps, they will also use drone to monitor all things in the field and not just one drone but many drones. With all technologies they have, I am sure they will make sure that the events run smoothly.

Liverpool couldn't have made it ahead of Manchester City and Chelsea because a criteria was used in picking the teams that are to participate. If you observe well, you will notice that in the European teams that made it, two was from each league and the criteria was the performance of teams from the 2020/21 season to 2023/24 season. Within this period only three teams has won the Champions League, Real Madrid X2, Chelsea and Manchester City. These three teams qualified automatically. Since City and Chelsea are from the same league and also won the competition in this time frame, it meant that the two slots for EPL was already taken.

This decision has nothing to do with the officiating in itself, nor to make it better. The referees are going to wear body cameras, and the footage will be broadcasted live by Fifa club world cup official braodcaster DAZN.

There are also other reasons for this as i have read, one of which is that Fifa wants to test and see if footage from the refs body cam can be used to broadcast matches live for people who watch from home and also over the internet, and understand if it will provide a better experience.
