Those that don't level up their skills, if they're earning minimum wage or still employed then there's no joblessness in there. They're only stuck to the level that they can afford to stay because there could be a lot of factors why they are not the others that do find ways in giving time for upskilling and shaping more their skills. When a person is too focused on earning money and it's for their family, they will have no time to take care of themselves and even for careers. And that's why that's still a privilege that many of us have that we've got our own time to shape ourselves to upgrade and work on any new skill that we want to learn.

If a person know the advancement of that time he will be successful one day because today is a time where millions of people are earning by selling different skills online and they are earning good and they will not be jobless. If a person is jobless that is not fault of government because that is not responsibility of government to give jobs . If government will give more jobs then there will not be prosperity in the state because it will be burden on government because it has to take loan to pay the salary of employees. But if skilled persons will earn money then they will pay most of the taxes to the government and then country will be rich and person will also be rich.Here are many platforms on which many people are earning and these platforms will be more in number in future.

Very few people have the possibility not to work for even a short period, because the next job is never guaranteed and might take a while to pick up. Habits are also strong in people, meaning that when you have been doing 9-5 for 15 years, you can end up feeling a little bit lost when you don't need to leave the house at 9am any more. The structure in life that a job can give you can be very valuable and reinforce the most basic necessities, getting up in a schedule, getting ready to be in an environment with others, navigating your way into work and interacting with many different people are all quite common - when you lose those things it can spiral into a depressive state of mind, so better to arrest that early on.

Unemployment is one of the major causes of bad economy in many countries today.In our world today nepotism,favouritism and godfatherism is the order of the day.In the sense that if one does not have a connection at the top not considering the fact that he or she is capable of such job the job would not be offered to them rather it would be given to those who are merely qualified for such employment opportunity because he has a link guiding him in the administration or organization. Its very sad to see that the rate of unemployment is increasing rapidly by the day and the government has nothing to say about this,the youth are left without jobs after attaining the necessary skills required for them to render selfless services to the public which in turn leads to the rapid increase in corruption and high crime rate.Crimes such as Theft,Thuggery, armed robbery,and so on would be at its peak causing societal decadence.
The government and also capable individuals of the society should try as much as possible to see that the problem of unemployment and joblessness should be eradicated from the society.

Honestly, I have seen a lot of situations like that where people would hire others just based on request, could be family member, could be just a friends request for someone etc etc, even could be political, some high level politician may request and you may have to accept because you do not want to get at the bad end of an influential politician.

I have to say, that's not really a way to run a business, I understand if you hire someone because you fear what happens if you don't, like that politician stuff, like hiring some senators nephew or something, that's something you have to do unless you accept your company going bankrupt, because he will put all his power to ruin you if you reject. But family members and friends? Like they would just act rude to you if you don't accept, which is nothing at all and you shouldn't care. I will hire the very best people for a job, don't care if you are my brother, I will hire the best person and do what's best for my company.

Seeking for ways to learn a new skill is indeed profitable but can this be achieved without a means of survival? If a person losses a job the also lose their means of livelihood, lose their right to eat well, pay their bills and make choices. And this alone will hinder the chance of learning any skill.

It depends mostly in the country you are living in and also de industry you want to work in, I think.
What you are saying applies pretty much to countries in Africa, specially Nigeria, where god-fathers seems to be a big deal when comes to politics and money, but the whole world does not work in the say way Nigeria or some countries of Africa do.
In the case of my country, one can pretty much find a job without having to resort to some recommendations from insiders or god-fathers, though I must admit they still exist and they pretty much can guarantee a position if one knows them, still that is not the right path to any society.

Meritocracy continues to be the best system, the problem comes when people start to forget how to measure the merits of others and they focus on other things which have nothing to do with improving the company/business or the services.

Currently, many people, especially young people, can successfully earn income online with their skills in various things, whether they are good at playing games or those who take advantage of technological developments to market their small businesses. In my environment, many young people take advantage of this progress by marketing their products, whether it's fashion or food, but what is clear is that they have succeeded in earning income and some even have their own shops.
We live with the government leading some things, but don't think that the government will be responsible for all the lives we live, however we have to live on our own two feet, so we ourselves will determine it, even though the government does not provide jobs, we have to find our own jobs with the skills we have, such as opening our own business or business, never be afraid to fail because that is the spice of success. We should be able to think that living unemployed is uncomfortable.

Getting sacked in an office as a result of the employee's inability to deliver his duties delegently should serve as a motivation to the person to put more effort in gaining more knowledge and getting better so that in his or her next job the person will do better and apply what he has learnt during the process of being unemployed.

Unemployment is a problem that I think every country has this problem, in my own country it is indeed very difficult to find jobs, sometimes there are jobs, you have to use a down payment when you are going to work, while that is also a problem that is quite inhibiting, many people do not work when they find themselves having to pay a down payment with a large amount.
The government will not be responsible for this and they will not solve this, most governments usually only care about themselves, so we must be smart in taking advantage of the current situation to have an income, where there are skills and determination, that's where income can be obtained, don't just increase the number of unemployed.

Thats the reality of life on which it doesnt really matter on where you do live on which you will be still needing up a job in order for you to survive because this is the primary thing on where you can be able to obtain up and if you dont have a job then even just that surviving for a day will really be that challenging. This is why its really that important that you should really know on how to find up yourself into some opportunities that will lead you to have a better financial situation but of course this isnt something easy because we do know that on the time that you do deal up with investment or business then this isnt something that will really be that so easy. On the moment that you do tend to dive in with these ventures then there's no way that you wont be able to pass up some challenges too. It sounds easy but its really that hard for you to do when you are tending to do it.

As for unemployment rate then each country does have its own % but of course it will really be on rankings and if you do live in a place where the numbers are high then it does basically means that competition is really that indeed high. Even if you do have a degree or simply good credentials but still it wont really be giving out that assurance that you can land a job and thats why there would really be always those people who dont have a job despite of having a good educational background. Its really indeed a huge challenge for us but we do know that this is something that a personal problem that needs to be solved out because if you wont really be doing any perseverance on resolving out such problem then you will really be sticking on being poor or jobless and thats a tough situation.

We are currently living in world where things are changing rapidly, and we are losing too many chances of having good sources of income because these changes hurting in backbone of many countries, so unemployment is increasing and peoples are going badly down from their average living system.

In last few years we have migrations with millions of leaving their native countries for better life and jobs even many are losing their lives as well as it's not positive for them to have new country and new job easily so they are choosing way which is not ideal for them in developing countries we have few chances for survive and developed countries are still shining because they have done few things decades ago which are not helping them for staying into limits too many countries in chaos and having not good chance of employment and better life which making things harder.

In my environment, there are quite a lot of young people who are unemployed but they take advantage of existing opportunities such as becoming parking attendants at supermarkets with lots of motorbikes and cars parked. Jobs that I think are hard to find are quite a core problem, but actually for now if we have skills then we can create our own jobs I'm sure that's because there are also many young people who rely on their skills to make an income. In addition, with those who have previously worked, they certainly have enough experience to be used as lessons and can use it by starting their own business, it's just that it's not easy to start your own business, but for people who are pursuing success this is possible.

Well joblessness have been one opposing factors to major growth of a country, because having a high rate of unemployment would actually lead to some irresponsible acts and whereby paving room for a decline in the country's growth, but then if there should be an availability of job opportunities to individuals there's sure to be a tremendous growth cutting across different angles.
