At the first when Sydney Thunder were batting, they tried to win this title and after seeing their first innings at one time I thought it is coming for Sydney Thunder after 9 or 10 years. Hobart Hurricanes bowling was so bad as I said but then Hobart Hurricanes shocked us all with their batting, back to back boundaries and only in 14 overs, Hobart Hurricanes chased this huge target of 182.

I thought Sydney Thunder batted well. The opening was so strong by them where Jason Sangha made 67 runs while the captain David Warner made 48 runs. He missed his half century by just 2 runs. The first wicket for Sydney Thunder fell when the score was 97. They had a solid platform and they did utilize it well. I don't think they were few runs short, these runs should have been enough to win the final. Had Mitchell Owen didn't played this miraculous type of innings, the match was in their control but unfortunately it was not their day.

They should be congratulate for this win because they have won this league which has taken a lot of hard work and good perform and a long time and they have had the most match and good perform in the entire league.  Because of this they have won. It great to see and even more so that this league is over which was so good and excited that there will be time to watch it again and these team work hard to make us look good again. Although Sydney Thunder could have won this match but could not win the match due to some bad bowling their bowler did not stop the run which caused them loss and that loss goes to their bowler Tanveer and Wen Aga because they all  have given more runs than  Had they not given so many runs in it they might not have work so hard to win the match.

They should be congratulate for this win because they have won this league which has taken a lot of hard work and good perform and a long time and they have had the most match and good perform in the entire league.  Because of this they have won. It great to see and even more so that this league is over which was so good and excited that there will be time to watch it again and these team work hard to make us look good again. Although Sydney Thunder could have won this match but could not win the match due to some bad bowling their bowler did not stop the run which caused them loss and that loss goes to their bowler Tanveer and Wen Aga because they all  have given more runs than  Had they not given so many runs in it they might not have work so hard to win the match.

Final game of big bash league series was intense and exciting between HH team and ST team both played very well to win the game and trophy of 2025 season. But at the last HH team won game and beated ST team in final. ST team batting effort was good according to me and set 182 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. Mitchell showed outstanding effort and he made 108 runs made brilliant century for team and made a lot of effort and he really deserved player of game trophy. Matthew also played well when Mitchell and three more Batsman was dismissed and he made 32 runs in 17 balls and hitted five 4s and one 6s. Women's Big Bash League 2025/26 season started today and today we had the first match being played between Brisbane Heat Women and Melbourne Renegades Women. Renegades won this match by DLS method. Brisbane Heat Women made only 133 runs in the first innings and it was never going to be enough even if we had the full 20 over match. Melbourne Renegades Women made 66 runs in the 7th over and they won it quite easily in the end.

Last time, it was  Hobart Hurricanes who won the title (the men's BBL) and they are yet to play their first match in this tournament. I hope to see exciting matches in this Women's season too.

In second match, Hobart Hurricanes squad competed against Sydney Thunder squad. Sydney Sixers squad and Perth Scorchers squad were participated in third match. Most thrilling and interesting was finished among Hobart Hurricanes squad and Sydney Thunder squad and both played close match today. In this match, Sydney Thunder squad was begun match with strong performance and collected 181 scores after playing 20 overs inning but their bowlers failed to restrict Hobart Hurricanes squad below their scores and their batters succeeded achieved scores and emerged first victorious. Nicola Carey and Danni Wyatt-Hodge both built strong batting partnership and both collected 90 and 58 scores respectively.

This match was the first match between Brisbane Heat Women and Melbourne Renegades Women which was of 20 over. The first team batted then the rain started and the match had to be changed to the DSL method after which the second team had to score 66 runs in eight over. It was their luck or they could call it the first team's misfortune. They completed this target with three balls to spare. Perhaps if this match had not been changed to the DSL method, the result would have been different. The first team scored 133 runs. Georgia Wareham who became the player of the match had a very good record in the first matches as well. They won the first match between them and put the opposing team under pressure and relaxed themselve but they should work hard in the next matches because it does not rain every time.
