Hi. There is a problem with the wallet Blockchain.com . I've been using it since 2016. At some point, access to the wallet disappeared, and I imported the phrase, a second identifier appeared. And accordingly, my main address-BTC became imported. I decided to transfer my cue balls to another address, the transaction for some unknown reason did not take place. I wanted to restore the BTC address using the private key, I reset the imported address where the bitcoins were located. But there was no private key.I tried to extract the private key from the phrase, but again without success. There is access to the wallet, but there is no necessary bitcoin address, because it is imported. I did the wallet import using the phrase in the Electrum wallet, but again there is no address needed. Tell me how you can restore the address.

If the funds were in the imported address, it means they're not connected to the 12 seedphrase so using those to try and recover the wallet won't be of any help. What you need is the private keys which you should be able to recover from the imported address page, if there's nothing's there, I really don't see anything else you can do to recover the wallet.

But could you expand on what you mean when you said i made a transaction  but it was not sent? How do you know it was not sent? Did you get an error? Could you also share the imported address with us.

This happens if your 2016 wallet was not "HD" (Hierarchical Deterministic)
And when restored using the Recovery Phrase to the latest online/app wallet version: the non-HD private keys are moved to imported section of "wallets and addresses" settings.

But based from this, you have a BIP39-compatible Recovery Phrase for the newer HD wallet.

I did the wallet import using the phrase in the Electrum wallet, but again there is no address needed.

To clarify it: does it show "BIP39 checksum failed" or "Unknown BIP39 wordlist" below the seed or no warning during restore in Electrum?
Because if either shows, that's not a BIP39 seed and can only be used in Blockchain's website/app.
Electrum is just letting any seed (even invalid) to proceed and restore a new wallet if "BIP39 seed" option is ticked.

Based from this, I think you've used a translator to post this:

So maybe there are some lost important details during the translation, try the local boards for more accurate support.

Note: their v5 wallet is currently on "Beta" so maybe it's caused by another bug. (among the few that I've seen these past few months)
In that case, their support is the only one who can explain what happened.

Right, so we can see that the funds have not moved anywhere. The last transaction was back in 2021.

Again, just to make sure I understand this correctly, if you login to your account, you no longer see this imported address? you have absolutely no way to export the private keys for it? It's just gone?

Right, so we can see that the funds have not moved anywhere. The last transaction was back in 2021.

Again, just to make sure I understand this correctly, if you login to your account, you no longer see this imported address? you have absolutely no way to export the private keys for it? It's just gone?

there is definitely no private key. When I go to the blockchain.com wallet, there is no imported address, only a new one.

I mean, these messages below the seed phrase text field (where you paste/type the seed during restore):
If either of those showed, then it's not a BIP39 seed and you can only solve it through their app/online wallet.

What does the error in "red letters" say?

Will it be possible to restore the address using Btc recovery?

There's no such thing as "BTC Recovery", those legit tools/services with similar names are mostly for partial password/mnemonic recoveries and the like.
If someone contacted you that they can easily recover lost bitcoins with "something", it's a scam.

There was just an error when sending bitcoins. Then I reset the btc address, there was no private key.
I pressed the Bip39 option. Because the btc address is imported, it is not displayed in Electrume.

Without any useful information, no one will be able to tell the cause of the issue.
