Ok, but I do not understand the hover effect your suggested. Could you elaborate on that further please?
Sure, I should've been clearer [my bad (sorry)]... Instead of clicking each cryptocurrency to get to the dedicated semi-transparent floating pages, I was hoping that whenever our mouse cursor hovers over a certain cryptocurrency, the same floating page would automatically appear and when our mouse cursor is hovering over a blank space, that page would disappear.

If there is one graph, what default time frame do you prefere?
If it'd come with a zoom functionality, I'd pick the 2-year graph.
- Without that function, I have to go with the 7-day graph instead.

New. Do you men like short form news a'la cryptopanic or actual clickable news stories?
Something along the lines of cryptopanic would be nice.
- BTW, the aggregated news on cryptopanic appears to be clickable as well.

A fundamental belief that I have is that many crypto entusiasts use more then one site/app. Like a person might use CMC, coin360, cryptocompare, cryptopanic and cointelegraph in a rotation. I want to break in to that rotation, that's a reason for going for "different". But... of course it has to be the right type of different.
I mostly use coingecko most of the time. I cannot point out an exact reason why I use it over CMC or any other website, I find it to be more simple, but any other site can give me what I want as I only look up 10 currencies at most.

If you need useful details of why people use different websites, you will need to do a lot more research.

Using a small device makes the site so hard to view due to the small text as default while it contains tons of data up front.

I’m suggesting to have a filter feature to classify each tokens to easily find the tokens which the viewers is interested. In general, I like the idea of your website since it gives instant data analysis on the price.

I think I saw this before on popular stock price chart, it has a signal whenever a coin showing a bullish or bearish sign that backed with chart on different time frame. Forgot the website but it has solid feature.

Yes, the mobile version is pretty crowded, It could need some air the be able to breath.

filter yes, but what would you like to filter on?

I think the site/app that can read your mind about which coins you want to see in that instance will be the winner!

What is it that you do not like with that the pop up closes when you click on it like "anywhere"?
Because people usually click something in popup page expecting to get more information.
I open Bitcoin page and I click on chart hoping to open full page with price action, instead of that window gets closed.

What site(s) do you normally use to check crypto prices?
Coingecko, but I mostly follow bitcoin and monero so I use my own browser extension that is constantly showing price.

I agree with dkbit98 regarding the pop-up disappearing if you click inside the window. It's quite unusual. Plus, the site doesn't display the whole pop-up window on my desktop. I have to zoom out to about 50% to see everything, and at that point the font gets too small and I don't see much.

One feature I always found useful with CoinMarketCap is the links to the trading pairs in the market section. You can click on them and the site takes you to that exchange and the selected trading pair. Of course, you should always be careful when clicking on 3rd-party links. Perhaps you can implement something similar on your end after getting rid of the disappearing pop-ups. Wink

Is it not good that you can click anywhere inside the window except for a few link buttons to get rid of it? What behavior would you expect when you click inside the expanded coin view? Does it not make it easier to close it down than to have to find any exact spot with a small "x" button?

I see, what screen resolution do you have?

I have links to three exchanges at the bottom of the expanded view. They are normally the exchanges with the highest volume.

No, not really. An alternative would be to click outside of the window to close the pop-up, but I don't like that it closes regardless of where you click.

What behavior would you expect when you click inside the expanded coin view? Does it not make it easier to close it down than to have to find any exact spot with a small "x" button?
I wouldn't expect anything to happen if I clicked inside the pop-up. An "x" is still good or like I said above, a click outside of the pop-up is good enough to show that I want to close it.

I see, what screen resolution do you have?
On this desktop machine I am on right now it's 1920 x 1080.

I have links to three exchanges at the bottom of the expanded view. They are normally the exchanges with the highest volume.
I noticed that there is something there after zooming out. It does become quite small at that point, though.

Hello everyone,

I have built a crypto price site called cryptobubbles.com.

The goal of the site is to provide a fast and comprehensive overview of the crypto market, i.e., a mix of coinmarketcap, coin360, and cryptobubbles.net.

I wanted to keep it as lean and fast as possible with the most important data available for each coin upon clicking on it.

Please try it out and let me know if you find it useful or what could be changed/added.

OP, I like the idea, but the page is cluttered and it's very hard to search for something. Without the search option, it would be unusable for me. The competing site on .net is much more pleasing to the eye (except for the bubbles at the top of the page).
It would be good if it could allow the user to select several favourites that he wants to follow, it would make it much easier to use.

Hi, I just like to make you aware that a security extension has marked your site as a phishing site. The security extension has over 200k users or downloads based on the extension download information, and those big numbers may prevent users from trusting your site.
I hope you can fix this, as you have an informative platform.

Coinmarketcap's the top coin site. It's a presentable idea making it bright & attractive but it shouldn't be compact because it isn't easy making out coin info. You've done the right thing by making cryptobubbles contrasting to coinmarketcap because ppl don't want same appearance sites to get info.
