That it should be, he should spend his time, money, and energy doing other things than that. He can still be a better guy with all of the fuzz that he's done to other people and the community. Well, that's just me trying to be concern to his welfare when it seems that he's stuck to this doing and he won't improve anymore. I see no reason for claiming to be satoshi nakamoto while he is not and he tried the best to make sure that the world believed he is satoshi but on the other hand he failed because his claim werent back up with some facts that he is satoshi or even signed messages from his bitcoin address or make some transactions from his wallet to prove he is Satoshi, then fine, he could have won the battle, but instead fighting a blind battle with no facts to show he is nakamoto.
BTW, 12 months is actually very pitiable to him otherwise, country like ours he could be sentence for 6-10 years imprisonment for allegedly claiming what he is not, anyway that place would serve him as a resting place to enable him use his right senses.

I believe there are actually some reasons why Craig Wright continue to claim as the pseudonymous creator of bitcoin. Otherwise, he won’t give it a damn and just ignore it. Meanwhile, all I can see it is that Craig wants the power and legitimacy in the crypto world that’s why instead of paying tribute to the real Satoshi, he wants to steal the spotlight and tell the world that he is the one and only Satoshi Nakamoto.

It’s clear that all he want is financial incentives, that if people will come to believe him, he will gain an access to the large amount of bitcoin which is definitely billions of dollars worth today.

I think this man doesn't just needs to be jailed and fined, rather just needs a therapist because he is just too delusional after all these years and being officially ruled out as Satoshi Nakamoto, for lying and forgery of his so called claims.

I think he has tormented developers enough and I guess if he is done with his jail terms and finally out, he might have learnt his lesson and not sue these dev again, after being warned never to again, when he lost the case of being Satoshi Nakamoto. You’re so right mate, Craig Wright must consult a real medical practitioner so he will be given proper treatment if he’s into experiencing a mental disorder or an incapacity to think what is normal or not. Otherwise, no  proper individual will consistently make a false claim, even if he’s fully aware that the people around are being skeptical on him.

However, putting him into jail might also be good for him. At least he will learn to stop from his improper actions or decisions. I just wish he’ll learn a big lesson after this, which I have also doubts about it.

not all meaningful things can get him attention none of what he is doing is productive but he certainly made himself known and popular even if it is for the wrong reasons many opportunities have closed in on him but i am sure that he also created ones for himself because of this the internet is funny and sometimes instead of just ignoring someone who is clearly looking for attention they will continue to give it to him and please what he wants so at the end he still comes out of this with a little something

Shame it’s a suspended sentence but at least he’s been denied the right to appeal. I thought he might have been handed a custodial sentence. It’s another nail in his BS ‘I am Satoshi’ coffin. I can’t believe some people were duped by him & Calvin Ayre.

To be frank he is not really as wealthy or even rich as he is acting, this is among the reason they knew he is not Satoshi because he can't even accessed the Satoshi address with a million+ bitcoins. He is far from being consider among the wealthiest bitcoiners.

I firstly heard about this guy was in 2015 end or mid of 2016 something (didn't remember the actual date) but the price of btc was not much high during that time and probably i wouldn't say Craig is poor perhaps holds bunch of bitcoin in couple of multiple different wallets till this date. Also, afaik craig was among those people much intrested in forking bsv years ago and here is the link   said btc won't reach 100k ever, and what most i dont like about him is "a fragile ego" dude pretends to be satoshi and criticize bitcoin that bsv is the orginal vision of satoshi will fulfill the original promises being p2p cash system at a same time.

I didn't literally mean that Craig  Wright is poor but in comparison with bitcoin whales he is, they do have millions of dollars thanks to HODLing bitcoin but he is not even among the list of  the top bitcoin millionaires. This shows he is just being delusional since he can't even backup his false claims with a reasonable amount of net worth.

Aside from the fact that he keeps suing people, I don't see why people give him relevance and I think that's why he sues them.
There are a certain type of people that ignoring them is the best way to deal with them and Craig Wright is one of such people. There are very easy ways to prove that he's Satoshi if he really was, but he has made all sorts of claims except he has not brought any proof.
Satoshi, who disappeared after creating Bitcoin, is not stupid. If he didn't try to reveal himself when Bitcoin was nothing, why would he want to be known now that Bitcoin has become mainstream? 

Different people claim to be Satoshi, most of them try to do cheap scams while some just want the attention so the best way to deal with them is to avoid them completely.

I thought as much because 12 months seems to be very massive for force claim or whatever. But my question is,.what was he suspended from actually?, Because I'm not sure of his current involvement/position in the development and maintenance of the Bitcoin. Well, it's not surprising that he isn't willing to back out of this dramatic claims, because the world is currently filled with different kind of people, including those that have no shame, like the faketoshi himself.

Personally, I believe the creator/founder of any project won't find it difficult to convince people that he/she owns it. I believe that the government are 100% certain that he isn't the one. They're as well looking for the true Satoshi for some reasons, so they aren't buying the whole Craig wright story.

Oh yeah, we need to be seeing more of these, it’s been way too much I must say. People just come out of the blue and lay waste or ridicule the whole idea of Satoshi Nakamoto and the plans to stay anonymous through all the creation and springing the creation into mainstream.
This in a way would make these guys who claim to be what they are not would think twice before digging or coming out to lay claims. It’s terrible of them for real.

What’s actually the big deal reporting developers after several warning yet no evidence, the fact he lied claiming someone else’s identity is strange. The length that a man willing to go for greed is somehow amusing to see, to the point of claiming what does not belong to him. I'm not surprised for this case, there is a case where a family sued a man for winning a mega win lottery, although the story is quite biased for readers. That's why I see this Faketoshi case is another case of greed. He deserved that as a lesson so he would know when to stop his stupidity.

I see that filing lawsuit for fortune is a quite common practice nowadays, there is also someone who make it as a way of make a living, namely Jonathan Lee Riches.

He isn't Satoshi Nakamoto and we all know it but he still tries to find loopholes and prove what's wrong, he tries it because there is so much to gain for him on the table. If he proves that he is Satoshi, then he will be able to claim rights on the ownership of Bitcoin and Blockchain technologies, he will force developers to fork and give him an early mined 1 million Bitcoins. In overall, he will have total control of Bitcoin.

I'd say that I'd love to see him in prison but I think that prison is not the right place for him. He has mental problems, that needs treatment, prison will only worsen his mentality. This man should be put on antipsychotic meds and should get the right treatment. He is so bad that he doesn't deserve treatment but I think it's humane.
