Those are some clear enough terms and it’s rather common these days. There ain’t a handful of no KYC casinos left. I saw Casinopunk to be one of those and even then, it doesn’t mean they might not change in the future. Just because you write it everyone should believe you immediately especially if there’s no substantial evidence that will support your claim. I think what you need is an arbitrator like Casinoguru or Askgambler since they can look through your account betting info by requesting to betpanda and check whether their findings is correct.

It’s very hard to find a support on case that involves violation of the ToS since it needs to check your account betting history.

I think your best chance here is to fight for your deposit since casino are obligated to return deposit unless you owe the casino the money from your previous withdrawal.

His statement contradicts the written terms and in general, written terms is much more powerful than what is stated outside.
