The brand new accounts/newbies that I have noticed in BitcoinTalk's gambling subforum are complainants that the "casino is scamming" them. They all have the same problem - The casino locked their accounts, held their coins/money, and asked them to "list all of their other accounts".

I believe they refused to do it because, some of them, claim that they're merely using one account. Although some of them might be false-positives, they should still tell the casino if they do have another account or three. The casino merely wants one record in their database per user.

This really makes me wonder so much why it is only newbies having those complaints and not top high rank members. Maybe even if higher ranks have same issue of account farming in the casino, they will not come out with their main accounts for false accusations on the casino, so they hide behind newbie accounts. This cannot continue to be a coincidence that it is only newbie accounts that are facing this often, there are some iota of truth we don’t know and they know which the casino might have already taken action upon. They often fail to provide more information as to why their accounts are being taken action upon by the casino and if they continue in such manner, no one will believe them to be saying the truth, they’ll remain guilty of the offense continually.

Because, in general, the high-ranking members of the forum know that a reputable casino will NEVER scam them, and they are more patient when it comes to facing some issues with the casinos. Those newbies probably have a real issue with their accounts if a reputable casino prevents them from withdrawing their coins.

BUT, with the presumption that it's a false-positive, it's also understandable if the user complains if it's taking too long to resolve. It doesn't mean that the casino is a "scam" though.

Also, after following some scam accusation against them, I noticed that their terms aren't friendly for the users. Still, I made a deposit today to participate in the slot contest. Anyway, I was concerning about the withdrawal after reading the 10× rollover requirement terms on deposited funds. The live support agent said it is just written there. Normally, the rollover requirement is 1× of the deposited fund. I have made a withdrawal request by hearing it and received my funds within a few seconds. I expect them to make the terms clear and do the marketing with transparency.

Just based on my two cent, If the prize was to small even the rank we up ended on top 1-3. It's not gonna to cover the cost we are spending for chasing high multiplier, If want to do some small or more place. Perhaps add rules without limits of base bets.

Meaning, all bet size are accepted. Let be honest, everyone want to participated on contest and tournament is always rooting the money they're spend getting covered + profits or pure all profits from the contest/tournament.

Both are fine for me (assuming that I'm still actively participating in slot contest like few years ago) but there are some conditions to make it fine for me such as:
- For 10 winners, means that the possible higher prize is smaller then I'll go if it has lower minimum bet.
- For 5 winners, I'm fine with $0.2 min bet because usually the main prize is half of the prizepool.

Most if not all casinos have scam accusations against them, it can be anything from the user's fault, to a misunderstanding or purely on purpose, but till there's enough evidence to prove any of the possible scenarios, you're innocent till proven guilty. However, I don't like that there are a few accusations and BetPanda hasn't provided an accurate explanation, at least in one I'm following. Bonuses and such are a nice addition, but not something I personally take into account, customer support is more important in case things go south.

I've personally had no issues, and one time I contacted their support they were quick and helpful to respond. It could be baseless accusations, who knows?

It is not true only 1-2x is required which is the industry standard. I have personally played and cashed out after 1-2x. However, if you are availing any deposit bonus then the terms may be different. There is no 10x rollover requirement for raw deposits.
