I don't think that there's a need for that. Most gamblers are aware of the risk and already have enough knowledge to gambling.

Even the definition of the name alone, "gambling" Totally describes what a new visitor is venturing into. For example, when you heard casino, what comes to mind is that it's a place where you can try luck and face the reality of either losing or Winning. So, there's no reason for extra laws like that, although it might not mean anything to add those rules but I don't just think it's worth it.

I agree with you that the impact of the idea I think is very low, gamblers can still follow through everything with maybe or even if there are some questions that hinder them I don't think it's a big deal, they can still answer the questions quite correctly like gambling should be done with a small amount of money, should not involve emotions, and also should not apply greed, and then after they have managed to overcome some of those obstacles, isn't it still possible for them to gamble blindly? of course, even if for example the casino limits the amount of deposits but it is still very possible for a gambler to do it several times, rules are there to be broken, lol.

That's reality dude. It would only be a waste of time for online casinos knowing gamblers if they want to educate theirselves, they will find way on their own before they take risk in gambling. While other gamblers are just lazy to learn as they'll eventually learn their lesson after their consistent losses from gambling. Knowledge assessment is good, but it just don't work for all gamblers.

That is very true. Most gamblers including me when I was mad at gambling I opted for restricting myself and thought to stay by it, after 24 hours when it ended I immediately started betting again which shows the impact of such measures is very low and most casinos are not that very much in favor of doing it. They are not in favor because if someone who opts to join 3 weeks to 1 month of self exclusion may find out that if he wants to get back after 2 weeks he can't and instead of contacting support he can opt to join another casino thus forgetting about the casino he did self exclusion. This is risky for casino business which can lose many customers if they are very pro that self exclusion which can cost them as I said. I agree that for players such warnings will be mostly useless, few will pay serious attention to them. After all, everyone knows that you can lose in a casino, and a lot. And this does not stop people from gambling. But for the casinos themselves such warnings can serve as a reason to say "we have done everything necessary, everything else is the full responsibility of the player." And if someone accuses the casinos of deceiving people, they can always refer to the fact that they warned clients about the risks.

Yeah, that word alone gives them the idea on what they're about to do. That won't stop the actual gamblers, beginners and not to keep on doing it. And that's another work for the casinos if they'll add those risks and warnings in a different setup when they have it already. Assessment that will come from them is like going to give their customers spare a lot of time. If a casino is concerned with this welfare, they'll be gone out of business just after several months of operating.

It's very unlikely they gamblers know the fundamentals of chance, statistics and what luck based events even mean.
Some do of course, but gambling platforms make no effort in teaching anyone.
So I'd say it would be a good protective measure but still many people would do everything they can to avoid it.

Restricting or prohibiting yourself on playing gambling or dealing up with something is the hardest thing i should say, specially if you have been get used to it or on the time that you do become addicted with gambling. Line with your thinking, gamblers certainly won't care about all that and they will immediately skip it to be able to directly enter game or bet that is favored, on the other hand it is also quite impossible for gambling sites to implement it because it only raises certain sentiments that might affect customer loyalty.

You definitely overlooked the topic just because you saw the risk warning which is often offered by exchanges. This is a gambling topic btw.

Anyway casino usually have a responsible gaming terms and the general ToS which user agreed to read before they register on the casino. Casino is different on exchange since all casino games is risky since it’s gambling while Exchange on the other hand offer less risky trading option that’s why they have risk assessment while Casino doesn’t have.
