They replied, I was given compensation for reporting the bug, the compensation wasn’t over 100$, I was told it will not happen again, to that my reply was “I was compensated this small amount for a bug that could lose player a huge sum of money.”
Anyway the support staff tried to get amore compensation but it was 50% of the total amont I received at first, even after that it was under 200$.
Anyway there was no explanation as to what caused it but I expected more from a multi million dollar company to reward for a bug.
This accusation can be marked as solved for initial amount.
Hi, thank you for personally notifying me through PM about the development of the situation.
Might be a small gesture for you, but I really appreciate that you go to such extent to keep me in the loop. You sent emails to the DuelBits regarding this thread, added this thread to your list, and kept a watch here. I believe you did a lot, so I had to.
Regarding closing this thread,
I am open to DuelBits thinking about the bug and the compensation they gave me.
I'd prefer to keep my options open if they believe the compensation should be more because of its severity. So, I'd prefer to keep this thread open for a while.
However, I have received the amount I lost during that buggy round, plus a bit more, so I have nothing against DuelBits for it, but I believe DuelBits should be more transparent with its users.
It is great that the case was finally resolved and they proved themselves that they are not a scammer. I think there was a bug and that's why it has happened. However, to find such a bug they should award you more.
I am glad I am not the only one who thinks that.
