betobet.com Scammed me for $1,000

What happened::
I registered for betobet.com last months and fully verified my account even before I made any deposit.
After KYC was approved I deposited $191.
I placed a total of 3 bets during that week and I was up €1,100 including my initial deposit.

That's when I requested a $800 withdrawal and suddenly my account got locked until today without a single explanation neither any email from them, even thou I contacted them multiple times with no answer but I test email them from another email asking random questions and they answer.

Something tells me this casino is a scam. It's my first time knowing it today but when look out for a few reviews here and there, you get to realize that there are some people complaining about it and their star ratings are really so low

Unfortunately, they have no presence in the forum or most of the popular mediator platforms like Casinoguru or Askgamblers where they could be pressured to resolve your issue. Please avoid random new casino and stick to those have an active presence in different gambling communities.

sounds like they really are a scam website, apart from the reviews logfiles shared from other platfroms, casino.guru also have an extremely low rating for the casino and they even put a warning that the casino refuses to assist in resolving any player's complaints that they have tried to mediate.

Your best option will be to reach out on their X or Instagram account. You have a slim chance of getting your funds back or your account unlucked but you can prevent someone else from getting scammed by making others aware of their actions.

There are lots of reputable casinos to choose from, do your research before making deposits into anyone.

Another case of me asking myself, how and why are people finding these strange sites??
I mean, before I make any deposit at a site where I am new at I first search the internet about informations about the site and other player's experience. Looking at the site mentioned above it would have been easy to avoid this site just be gathering some information for 2 minutes.
It's really sad these scammers still find customers these days, they must do something right. I honestly never saw a banner from this site anywhere so I really don't know why and how people get lured to them.

Thanks for all your replies, but the thing is I always do my research and this time I was referred by a friend that had a game to bet and only showed up there.. so I registered and deposited without doing a check so its my fault I know because the amount of complaints they have I would not had deposited ever.
I tried X as some suggested but they are also many scammer comments there lol so I guess they don't care they have new domains like.online .net and many others

. Guess what they replied within 2 minutes with this

Simple, these scam betting sites spend more on marketing to attract the gamblers. They hire a group of people who work as agents to bring users on the site.

Do you know that friend in real life? If not, then where have you met him? You should tell your friend about this issue who has referred you on this platform. Betobet rating is alarming on every casino directory review. They don't cooperate with the mediators. Try to forget about the funds which you have deposited there (including your winnings).

at least you got some answer from them, but their behavior and the reviews I've seen so far is not really giving them any kind of good reputation.

The email does not give you any useful information. It's more like a generic information which kind of an acknowledgement of receiving your email.

Nothing to scare when you see these type of screens. It's because the https redirection has not been forced.

With benefit of doubt, there is a slim chance that they actually is currently doing that, investigating your account. You multiplied your deposit by about 5.5x from your deposit. Though it's probably treatead as a common thing in big casinos, less reputable casino with low capital might... try to scrutinize the win.

Would need some luck, a big heaping scoop of it, but hopefully the "investigation" [be it correct or not] will get concluded and they processed your withdrawal.
