Rollback (WalMart) Coin is created to prevent a 51% attack on Bitcoin.

wallet-qt will run alongside Bitcoin-qt, to create a SHA-512 encrypted version of each Block of Bitcoin.

if a 51% attack comes along, we will have time to regroup, by sending a distributed cmd to all our users to change the bitcoin at will 

transactions can be rolled back, rerouted, etc.. if needed for faster transaction times (Bitcoin crazyforked at will)
