What do you mean in all of this, are you trying to point out the institutionalized nature of corruption in the public sector and businesses where corruption and fraud by public officials are seen as a normal way of life in most low-income developed countries If so then you are right most times the bad guys are seen in public to be good guys because of the way they disguise themselves, this is the current nature of most politician In most African countries, so for sure we have to look beyond appearance and word's to be able to discover the true colors of most individual in such statues and be careful when electing them into public offices.

Not everyone is public on there losses, in fact,
When we look at the gambling fields, what you get to hear about mostly is, the wins and not the losses. The losses do come up the news once a while when there is an obvious big loss due to a misguided gambling decision. That aside, then it’s all good.

Again, you can’t have your hands in the honeypot with honey dripping right on you or had your hands in the cookie jar with scraps of cookies on you and you smile it away to be the good guy. It doesn’t go away when all the evidence is putting to you eventually.

OP makes a pretty good point, corporations make their profits private, while expecting the public to absorb their losses, as it was when the banks needed massive bailouts during the financial crisis of 2008. To many people, that was unfair, but on the other hand, this was done to prevent a complete collapse of the economy, and in some cases, even the government has recovered these funds with interest. It's not an easy choice by the government, having to choose between saving the economy or prosecuting corporations for their actions. I wish there is better option but in my opinion there is no better option.

All this companies and other businesses are playing tricks sometimes and this is because they understand business very well because for someone to play this kind of tricks shows that they are doing very well for them self, and they have a way of turning around there loses into profits but when it comes to business there are periods they also experience loses huge one and the thing they will want to use people to cover for it, and what exactly can been done nothing from the beginning it as been there for people to be exploited look at people that are owning businesses are always doing what will favor them.

And prosecuting this cooperation will end dead luck, And  saving choosing the economy because there is a kind of complication, because the government wants wants money the individual wants more and also bussiness owners to wants money, the whole thing is not looking good at all because, when it comes to how businesses are run it is more of every one will do what will favour them.

If I go for the title of this topic I think he is making an indirect reference on how banks and big corporations within the developed countries have the rights to have pretty much all of their profits when their plans for as planned, but when everything goes contrary to plan and they start to risk bankruptcy government are they to bail them out,.for the sake of containing a further domino effect in the rest of the economy. It is pretty much what happened back in 2008, when the global crisis started. Those bailouts offered by the government are paid with the taxpayer money, by the average people of the country which contributes little-by-little with their work and the fruit of that work.
A bailout is a transference of a huge financial loss from a private entity towards the state, and hence, towards the people of said nation.

exactly my thoughts when OP talks about socializing losses, the bail out for these big business does seem like unfair and it's happening across the world in every country and as you said, there's no other option, because otherwise economy might be impacted, it's basically the lesser evil.

it's what happen when a company is too big to fail that it can be destructive, government can only do much prevent economic chaos, bailing is one way, and despite the disadvantage, there's really no other way around.

corporations and government are two different body and government is a public figure so they can never Privatized there profit and create public awareness of there losses, it doesn't work that way because every profit or growth from the economy it doesn't take a day for it to be reflected on the social media, however for the big corporations they don't publicize there profit to the world and the same thing goes to there losses, so all there information of growth are within there chain of command and even if there is any information from them that would get to the public is only if they are launching a new product in the market so that people will no that they have a new brand and at the same time stating there objective for the new development. Op since profit is your personal thing and losses for all, are you saying that if you are managing business now you would be telling everyone you no including your customers of all the numerous losses you have been having?, of course you will be releasing information that will affect your business, so since is a private business try and keep everything private and professional, which is your profit and loss.

Big corporations are profit making organization which means they will always make decisions that will benefit them. If they make profit, it's for the businesses owner or shareholders. While losses are transfered to the public through increases in the price of goods or services that they offer the people. That's understandable.

But I am more concerned about government officials enjoying when the economy is good but will asked the people to endure when the economy goes bad. The salaries and other benefits of government officials is reviewed upward consistently not minding the economic conditions of the country. But when the country has problems economically the government will increase tax, slash subsidies and salaries of the common man.

I don't understand, what point are you trying to proof over here, but let me let you know losses are inevitable in  life and it's not exempted to one person alone it's applicable to All, so if you think losses are for every other person not you then you're being too selfish in your thoughts. You're definitely not the first person to come up with this idea, but it is very true and a good point for debate. The funny thing is now America has ended up with a businessman, who has even less incentive to help the average person than a career politician and has stomped all over the "little people" in order to amass his fortune - this situation is going to get a lot worse in the short term, but it's what they voted in. Unfortunately businesses can outlast politicians and it is their objective to make as much money as possible, which includes trying to "lobby" (legalized bribes) to change laws for benefit the corporation, but they were often put in place with good intentions to protect the wider public.
