Betplay withholding funds

hello i inniated a withdrawal on betplay.io 2 days ago worth 3097$ but they still have not processed it they keep telling me payment team is reviewing my withdrawal weird its also my first withdrawal on this site and im only up 1k$ i wish betplay to tell me why they withhold my funds for this time

Only two days, You need to have some patience. This does not look like an scam accusation topic but more like a complain. By the way, 3 days or 2 days? Does not matter though it's still early to decide that any scam happened.

i have pretty bad experiences with delays like this from the past and how they behave in live chat makes me sus i will keep it open still till this is solved if its ok

how many days u think i should w8? u have to keep in mind they normally provide instant withdrawals well they promote that atleast

No doubt sometime delay hurts badly but as you already mentioned it's your first withdrawal so keep calm and give some more time hopefully all will be sorted out positive for you.

I hope it ends well and your withdrawal gets processed, it is understandable to be distraught when withdrawal takes time because you do not know what the platform is verifying and if it could lead to kyc request and other kinds of stuffs that will get anybody somewhat upset.

That being said, you can only wait right now, i don't know when, but they will definitely get back to you, and hopefully your withdrawal goes smoothly in the end.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the pending withdrawal? Aside from substantiating your accusation, perhaps there is something on it that we can learn about why it is yet to be processed. My money is on what BitcoinGirl.Club said, that it's just a matter of time, and most likely than not, it'll resolve itself.

But I'll reach their rep if it still hadn't been processed in the next couple of days.

Or use talkimg, it's an image hosting service provided by a prominent member of this forum, with main purpose to, well... host image to the forum.

I can see the pending withdrawal and I think it substantiate your accusation enough, though there were no information that can help us understand what happened. I'll wait until 2nd of January, if you don't mind, before reaching them, with a thought that reaching them right now would be pretty much useless as I imagined they'll also on skeleton-crew mode.

Hopefully it'll be resolved before 2nd January.

Umm, I understand correctly that there were no email or in-platform message, notification for the likes that instruct you to do something? Perhaps like they expect you to do KYC or something?

Next time you can wait a little before creating a topic against a brand. I have seen businesses who denied to resolve a dispute because user was spreading bad name for them. You are lucky Betplay did not think the same.
