From the beginning of the op's narration I think he's just focusing on the need for anyone to do everything to escape poverty and though he's narration has no explanation but I think the message is simple being financially stable can help you to escape certain things even though you are in a very hostile environment.

Poverty is already a disease that can keep someone stagnant for life if nothing meaning is applied to come out of it but then you are rich you will be able to take decisions and have opportunities to disappear to a different environment if there war or other issues that is affecting your current location.

if you can afford a roof over your head and food in your stomach each day, and you realise you do actually have a few luxuries that are not about basic health sustainability.. then you can make the choice to become more frugal and improve aspects of life that will reap rewards later

the issue with trying to escape poverty, is that people dont want progressive improvements, they want instant gratification/results

take people whom normally are satisfied if their pension grew by 8% a year (1.32x per 4 years) and then some who are not satisfied with 600%(6x per 4 year) bitcoin growth, where people get upset it has not 2x a few months after investing

there are many ways to make some cuts in your expenses, even small cuts from several areas wont destroy your lifestyle and work out better than a massive cut in one area.. the only thing stopping people is trying because they are used to their level of living and feel even a small change as an impossible inconvenience rather than an investment into their future

sometimes we assume not to be doing fine even when we have food on our table and have options when it comes to selection of cloths with a good roof on our head. and then you watch on the news and see the real poor people who are living in an area that is completely undeveloped and are probably suffering from one disease or the other that can be easily treated but yet they don't even know about it and have to live with that kind of diseases in discomfort all their lives. these are the poor ones. often times, they are completely cut off from the world and the internet and in some cases, they find themselves engulfed in a world that doesn't give them a guarantee to their lives.

even though everyone seeks an upgrade to his life, if you can afford basic things like two times meal a day, a home and live in an environment where you are free to carry out your fundamental right and your happiness is not taken away from you, then you are rich. you can always improve on your hustle and work on earning more so you get to enjoy some extra benefit but that should never be all that your life is all about.

inflation and economic uncertainties affect the different class of people in the society in their own way and regardless of what class you belong to, you will still feel it in your own way.

Your words of encouragement is very commendable. Poverty is like a of the most dreaded disease affecting many nations in the world today and it is good to win the war against poverty in all means. However, poverty is not just lack of food, shelter and some basic amenity but lack knowledge, skills and information is the highest poverty anybody can think of because even without some basic amenities but with the right information and skills it's very possible to overcome poverty.  So on this assertion, I will say that the major things that lead to poverty is lack of knowledge and adequate information because with adequate information and good knowledge of what to do at a particular time poverty will be totally eradicated. For instance, Bitcoin is now one of the most valuable asset and one of the most expensive commodity in the world today but as at the year 2009 Bitcoin was was almost a $0 dollar so imagine what would have be the present  financial status and capital someone that have the adequate knowledge and information to invest in Bitcoin in 2009 or 2010.

What is being poor? It is not being able to afford the basic necessities of life. Shelter, food, clothes, and something as common as a shower. Just depending on other people to get by every day.
Anyone who is not in that category, is not poor. They may just be at the lower level of income earners.

A poor person would not be on the forum because they wouldn't have the device, internet or means to do that. For the coming year, build skills that are scalable. Skills that gives you an economic competitive edge. Build multiple skills. At that level, just be a jack of all trades, when you are able to balance yourself economically then you can become a master of one.

I'm not sure what you said is 100% right, because if you are rich during the war then you must be prepared that your wealth will be used as a spoil of war either from the opposing side or the allies in fact wealth will be required to participate in the sacrifice of donating more than the poor. During inflation then your wealth can lose its value especially if it is too late to convert it to an investment vehicle.

You are wrong, I have a Ukrainian friend, he is a Bitcoin investor too, it's been two years since I heard from him last, I don't know if he is dead or alive, you are able to say all this because the war isn't happening in your country.

I think you should be worried, because we don't know what is going to happen next, maybe your country will be next, and you won't even have any time for crypto, all that will be in your mind is surviving and getting out alive.

I mostly agree with this. Nowadays a lot of opportunities are available to anyone who can speak good English and has a decent internet connection in their mobile phone. Even after this, if someone remains poor, then it is solely their fault.

I agree with you, OP didn't give any details on how one can escape from been poor. But I get his message which is don't be poor, I think it is a message everyone needs to take very important, which mean whatever one is doing it is important to put all effort to make it productive.   Been poor is very bad, it can make one to just remain stagnant and for one not to be able to execute any plans. The real poverty is for one not to be able to provide shelter or what to eat, if one can be able to provide these I think their is hope for better days.

If you have food to eat, clothes to wear and roof over your head then defiantly you are not poor. If one think he is poor despite having all these three things at his disposal, then what we call people who don't even have these basic necessaries of life?
What's important is that how satisfied you are with your life? As you said there are people who are satisfied with there pension growth by 8% per year and there are unsatisfied people despite having lot of cash in hand. It's perfectly fine to improve your lifestyle but don't just after money blindly that costs you your health and family.

This depends on your definition of the concept of "poor" because this concept has become more complex and developed with technological, cultural and economic progress in relation to the capabilities of each nation. In the past, the ignorant was the one who could not read and write, while the same concept in our time has come to mean those who do not know English and do not use computers. It is the same development in the concept of the poor, because if the poor of yesterday were those who could not find food and were unable to provide the basics of life, then today they are joined by all those who are unable to keep up with the average lifestyle in their countries; for example, those who do not own a private car in some economies can be considered poor.

This kind of message has indeed been said by our respective parents for a long time because no one would be willing to see their children living in poor conditions. So you don't need to be surprised when everyone continues to work and try to be rich in their own lives because with rich conditions almost all problems can be solved quickly and accurately. Just like most of the members said, saying this is easy while working behind it is very difficult but I guess just like one of my professors in uni said, when I was in the 2nd last semester, they said you guys have made it this far and must have some money-making skills so I can assume you are no poorer. Same like this if a person have come to this forum or crypto market sooner or later they will make their way out of being poor.

I recently watched a video in which the author said, in this world every person has a lot of problems ongoing but when he has a medical/health issue, he forgets all those problems, and it becomes one problem for him/her so that made me realize having less money does not mean we are poor we must have other necessary things (i.e health, house, offsprings etc.) as well.

I agree with this, do not be poor that is a sentence that I always hold in my life, no matter how difficult it is to get wealth and no matter how time I have to throw away to get high migrants so that I can get a better position in terms of financial So that I can bring my life much better with my family, as bad as possible in the economy such as Covid 19 yesterday those who have a wealth that can survive with a much better condition than people who do not have wealth and hope the government will provide assistance to them.
