I see that you have no privacy policy on the site and your help section mentions that no KYC will ever be requested by the users. That's a positive thing and I hope it's true.

A couple of thoughts and questions.

1.You don't mention anything about fees. What percentage do you take from an exchange? Are the rates fixed, floating?
2. Is the exchange window 30 minutes for the initial deposit transaction to your wallets? Do the rates change during this window or remain fixed?
3. You should add accurate live information about your crypto reserves that users can check before depositing money into your exchange. You don't have that.
4. What's the minimum and maximum trade?
5. Please don't call your service "non-custodial." People will get the wrong idea. It's a custodial service. I know what you wanted to say: you hold the keys and not a 3rd-party service. But for the end-user it doesn't matter. They don't hold their own keys and need to trust you. Hence, it's custodial and not trustless. 
6. You can get in touch with the people behind https://kycnot.me/ to see if they can list your exchange on their website.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I currently don't have plan to try your exchange, but i hope you don't mind me sharing these thoughts/question.
1. On the homepage, why there are text "BTC wallet online ETH wallet online XMR wallet online"?
2. Your exchange rate isn't very competitive. For example, your website show 0.1 BTC equal 45.00527408 XMR. But exchange lsited on https://orangefren.com/results/0.1/BTC/XMR/ shows 0.1 BTC equal 46.0023772 XMR - 48.25090935 XMR.
3. "✅ No Javascript" is somewhat misleading when the homepage load file called "bootstrap.bundle.min.js".

Contact section says that someone will respond to inquiries within 12-48 hours, that is an awfully long time for someone who very likely has a transaction issue which they need sorted out quickly.

Also, you claim to not support ethereum yet, but when I click the drop down option to send, I am offered the option to send Ethereum. Does this mean you can receive eth and swap that for either BTC or XMR?

Initially I thought that you were trying to open that onion link in a standard clearnet browser, but you are right. It won't load over Tor.

True. I see no reason to refund the money unless the customers want a refund. The exchange could offer its clients both options and allow them to choose between getting a full refund or swapping a smaller amount.

1. Fees are fixed, 3% for large transactions and 5% for small transactions. This is higher than many since we are privacy oriented.
2. 30 minutes from moment you send funds to exchange until you receive the exchanged funds. Rates are fixed and do not change.
4. Minimum is around $5 USD and maximum for now is set to $5000 USD if wallet is full. Max will increase in future.

- How did you get the registration if you have a strict no log policy.

In this case I would prefer a refund, it's the only thing I liked about the service.

Something is not right with this exchange... design look very similar to another well known non-kyc exchange, maybe someone can check the code to see if that is correct or not.
I decided to try test exchange between bitcoin and monero, but it didn't work and I received this message:

Than I tested again with different amounts and I received another error message:

You can only request up to 16.13 xmr at this time. 

16.13 XMR at the moment is worth around 0.032 BTC or 3161 USD at the moment.

can you be more specific about the errors you're encountering? Checking the error logs there are no errors on our end. However we are experiencing heavy DDoS attacks on both our clearnet and onion domains so please be patient.

I see the issue when you try to update balance for preview. When you select Ethereum and want to see how much equivalent XMR the page has to reload due to no Javascript and when the page reloads it automatically changes the dropdown menu to default choice Bitcoin but the calculations are correct. Visually it looks like Bitcoin is selected when you check Ethereum price but I can guarantee its ETH and not BTC. You can verify by changing between Bitcoin and Ethereum and you will get different calculations.

Many user request no Javascript for security reason and this is the only solution because client-side cannot update automatically.

A proof of balance is currently being developed thank you.

Based on the error logs there are no issues on our end. The "

" error is our rate-limiting system designed to prevent abuse and bot attacks which can overwhelm and crash our server. Users can only submit a swap once every 10 seconds.

When the wallets have low reserves the per transaction rate is reduced. We are working on a proof of balance as we speak to provide more transparency thank you.

There are to many swap services that just an intermediates of the few liquidity providers.

I would consider using your exchange for non kyc swaps after you gain more online uptime. Time will show.

with less than $10k in trading volume per day, i don't think any exchange will consider supporting it for obvious reasons.
heck, i wouldn't be surprised if it gets delisted from gate.io, where it has the highest volume.

you say you encounter errors but our error logs show no errors. We have already over 100 exchanges on kycnah since launch and no error. Can you please describe the error you experience in detail so it can be fixed immediately? Thank you.

Bitcoin and ethereum do not need reserves because reserves are for wallets to pay out, usually as cold or warm wallets but since kycnah is only sending user Monero there is no need for bitcoin or ethereum reserves until we later add option to swap BTC and ETH. Thank you again for your concern.
