Moderator, open all my topics that you closed!

  As I unexpectedly discovered, the moderator closed all my old topics that he considers irrelevant and I cannot make additions to them, because for me they continue to be relevant. I encounter such actions of the moderator for the first time, and I explain to myself that he works for Putin's killer.

When you say “closed” do you mean “locked”?

It seems to me that you are getting confused, I will quote you from another thread:

Moderator: Warning: this topic has not been posted in for at least 120 days.
Unless you're sure you want to reply, please consider starting a new topic.

That message appears when in a thread it's been a while since anyone has commented on anything but you can bump it if you want, I've done it sometimes, especially if what you have to contribute is relevant to the thread in question.

And by the way, complaints belong to Meta.

If your topics have been deleted, I'm not sure whether moderators can bring them back or not, but if they have been locked, please at least provide the links to the topics you are talking about so that we, and the moderators can have a look and let you know the reason why they have been locked.

Saying that these threads were old gives an idea as to reasons why they were locked. As I understand it, locked doesn’t mean irrelevant no more, it simply means you can’t contribute new ideas to it given that, it’s been around for sometime without any new activities on it and as such, a moderator might have deemed fit to lock it in a bid to prevent spamming and clean the forum. Isn’t that why we have the archives?
At the very least, it still exists on the forum and offers reading possibilities if it could be found. It could be referenced in other topics as well and should there be need for questions, quotes could be extracted from it and made comments on in a different patch. That still works I suppose.

I just checked last 10 threads created by you and one of it is locked and I am assuming it's done by the moderators.

I guess it might be breaking the rule 1

1. No zero or low value, pointless or uninteresting posts or threads.

If you still believe that your thread has something value for the discussions then come up with the examples of what you're talking.

That's not how it's going to work. You have to first change the way you post, otherwise the moderators will keep locking and deleting most of the topics you create if they are still of low value.

Your tone says something about you. How about first trying to understand why your posts get deleted or topics looked? I don't think the mod or moderators acted out of bias.

Dont be so quick to accuse others. It seems you are the one who does not understand how this forum works, so it is better to ask first if you dont understand something instead of jumping to conclusions and making assumptions.  Your threads are not "closed", but you see a standard forum message warning you that you are replying to an old thread. It has nothing to do with moderators.

How can a legendary member of the forum not understand how the forum works, or is legendary now a joke? Let's wait for Op to come and explain himself to our understanding, I don't think 120 days warning is why he's accusing moderators of locking his posts.

anyway, would you mind sharing the threads that were closed? People might get the idea of the reason why some of your old threads have been locked.

It's going to be hard to get your request granted, moderators lock threads that are of low value and uncalled for, if a thread is locked by a moderator it going to take strong convincing for a moderator to reopen such a thread, this hardly happens, so as a legendary member of this forum, why don't you change the way you create those thread, better put in some efforts, put yourself in your reader's shoes to test how your thread/post sounds and is conveyed by your reader's, by so doing you can figure out where the problem is and how to handle them, Goodluck.

You sound like their boss and you are ordering them to open the topic which they may lock. That is not how it works. Since you are a Legendary Forum member, I guess you know much more than me about how it works. All you could expect is some kind of explanation as to why those threads were locked. You may get some response from the moderator, or you may not.

But you cannot order the moderators to unlock your topic like this. Judging from your thread, it seems your threads are in the political section. Since you are free to create another thread, you should go for it instead of ordering them like a boss.

Assuming you actually mean locked thread, then you should know moderator sometimes do that for old threads. Some of old threads i created got same treatment as yours, even though i wish to make some edit.

It seems that he only posts in Politics and Society and given how little knowledge he has of how things work on the forum he may not even be aware of it. I've seen that he has been online today posting and I don't see the typical thing you see when a thread moves, that you see the thread as a blur and with the warning: ‘moved’. It also tells you exactly where it has been moved.

Yes, his account is legendary rank, but despite being active on the forum for years, hes only earned 22 merits.  This is likely because almost all of his thousands of posts focus solely on politics.  Its clear he's never been interested in anything other on the forum, using it mainly to promote his political views.

I think he is confusing the warning message in the old thread for locked threads based on his other recent posts where he also complained about the moderators.
