What is spirituality?
It is a debris of institutionalized religion. As we are evolving biologically we are evolving sociologically as well. Religion as a social institution is also evolving and taking the form of spirituality. 1. There is something beyond this material world.

Elon was absolutely focused on earning money in his first venture with Paypal and happened to be in the right place with a stack of borrowed money that he could invest in it. It doesn't matter because in some contexts I also agree about using religion as an excuse for someone to be lazy to work. Elon reinvested profits back into business and managed to successfully leverage government subsidy's available for various massive projects like the idea of electric cars being feasible nationally.   I never understood that investment case till I heard he gets paid extra from every other car maker by law, he was counting on that all along and it helps alot.

Its name says it all. It is like having some basic actions related to spiritual like knowing how to pray and stuffs. Wealth is not always a measure of happiness although wealth is an important thing in living life. Talking spiritually contains a lot of meaning about peace and unfortunately we don't see it as a step that we can achieve in an easier way.
