BC GAME NOT PAYING WITHDRAW

Hello guys, I was really concerned for the situation in the post, seen I had a very similar one.

Resident in Malta, won the incredible sum of 600.000€ in Eth and with account locked...

I have to report here, I simply completed KYC that was accepted instantly also if popup said Advanced one required 10 days to be completed.
Then there was a check pending with third party game provider, but after 24 hours more or less my withdraws were restored and I was able to fully withdraw the amount...

I was very scary reading about bankrupt or stories like this one, so I don't know what to think. I just hope you will sort this soon, so keep us updated!

That error lasts also when they are restored. Try to fill the address field. If you are able you can.
I had my withdraws restored but the error was still there. I tried to fill the address and I was able to do and withdraw.

Strange, accept KYC, huge amount and that slowly answers are not proffesional from thie side.

(In one casino I have also positive KYC from start, but I must do additional, like short video so it's me and after 30 days they allow me to withdraw, maybe there is a similar terms?) Hope so BC.Game fast solve your problem.

Not exactly strange. As far as I know, that's a standard practice shared amongst casinos: when they got suspicious of an account, or perhaps just the simple check following big win [usually requested by the provider], they will ask for KYC prior to do the investigation.

So, what happened here is more or less the standard practice and the usual procedures of casinos: passing KYC, and only after that, is the investigation begin. Hence, the withdrawal is still locked although OP passed KYC.

To be fair, the check is [mostly] not initiated by the casino themselves, but rather by the provider of the game to see if there is nothing amiss, and the casinos [no matter which casino is this] had no other way to comply, unless they want to pay the winning from their own pocket while waiting for the provider to be satisfied with their investigation.

Found myself with my forehead frowned about this as well, as OP did provide a screenshot that he passed KYC few days ago.

If you have had $69,000 unfairly confiscated you will be supported by the community but BC Game are not scammers. I have a suspicion there could be more to this issue. Do you have any more screenshots of your chats with their support? Without you telling us the reason they gave for rejecting the KYC, it will be difficult to get a better understanding of the situation.

I just verified my KYC and I'm also still suspended from withdraw. Wtf are they doing? They told me that once I verify advanced KYC, I'll be able to withdraw.

My guess is that this is an issue of citizenship and legal residency. You said that you were French but you reside in Malta, and you possess a Maltese government ID. I assume you have dual citizenship, with the other being that of France. Like you said, BC.Game doesn't have Malta as a restricted country. However, residents of France aren't allowed to play there, and it's also against their rules to access the platform from France.

Do you visit France, and did you ever access your account to play while you were there?

@pmalek I have a french passport but only the maltese residency and i live in malta, KYC is probably not the issue anymore since its green on my part, even tho i cant access the account anymore lol,

And the fact that support was telling me to wait and then logged me out makes me crazy, if i didn't know this forum what can people do? insane
